    About the Project

    The project involves building SDKs and apps for CTV (Connected TV) to enable interactive video features and sponsorship activations. We are in a scaling phase, and the existing SDKs and apps require further development, improvement, and adaptation for more platforms.
    Project Country & Time Zone: USA, EST (Eastern Standard Time), with part of the team in CET.
    Project Age & Stage: Scaling phase, requiring ongoing development, improvement, and adaptation of existing SDKs and apps.
    Duration: Long-term β€” at least 2 years.
    Methodology: Startup-agile. The work is collaborative and fast-paced.
    The Team: The team includes a VP of Operations, VP of Engineering, CTV and mobile engineers, and backend developers.
    Technologies/Tools on the Project:
    Kotlin Multiplatform (for shared logic), Kotlin (Android TV), Swift (Apple TV), CTV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen), Video streaming, API integrations, AdTech.

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    • General Experience: 5+ years in software development.
    • TV Apps Development: 1+ year of experience with at least one of these platforms: Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Android TV, Samsung Tizen, or LG webOS. (Cumulative experience across different platforms is acceptable, e.g., 6+6 months).
    • English Level: Sufficient for passing a technical interview (B2).

    • Workload: Full-time.
    • Schedule: A consistent overlap with the EST time zone is required (at least 5 hours daily), approximately until 10:00 PM Kyiv time.
    • Reporting To: You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, with onboarding support from the VP of Operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. PR Strategy & Content Collaboration
      • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with company goals and marketing plans.
      • Work closely with the content team to create and refine content ideas.
      • Coordinate and execute PR placements in industry-related media, including listings, interviews, case studies, and special features.
      • Assist with video production, webinar promotion, and other multimedia initiatives.
         
    2. Event Management
      • Research and select the most impactful industry events for INB.bio participation.
      • Manage the full event preparation cycle: concept development, budgeting, communication, collaboration with design, content, SMM, and marketing teams.
      • Oversee event execution, ensuring high-quality brand representation and adherence to set KPIs.
