• Якісно та своєчасно опрацьовувати всі робочі завдання
• Демонструвати самостійність у прийнятті рішень у межах своєї зони відповідальності
• Забезпечувати стабільність операційних процесів і контроль ключових показників
• Налагодити продуктивну комунікацію з партнерами
• Встановити ефективну співпрацю з кур’єрами та надати їм операційну підтримку
• Розпочати регулярний аналіз ключових операційних показників
• Підготувати перші пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесів кур’єрської доставки
• Взяти участь у розвитку напрямку кур’єрської логістики через ініціативи з оптимізації
