What we expect from you:

• 3 years of experience in the Web Analytics field
• Understanding of data collection, storage, and transmission from a technical perspective
• Understanding of how the GA4 measurement protocol works
• Deep understanding of data scopes, their differences, and which metrics/dimensions relate to each scope (events, sessions, users, customers).
• Familiarity with BI data visualization systems (Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Basic SQL skills (working with GA4 data schema in BigQuery + Amazon Redshift subsequently).
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills (for working in Google Tag Manager + using Developer Tools in the browser).
• Ability to write specifications for developers (custom dataLayer events, offline conversions, and audiences).
• Ability to learn new tools “on the fly” (relying on Google and documentation) and share acquired experience with colleagues.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with mobile app analytics (AppsFlyer/Firebase)
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience with APIs (primarily Google services: GA4, Google Ads)
• Experience setting up GTM Server Side
• Experience configuring Consent Mode, minimizing legal risks and data loss
