The Data Analysis team, affiliated with the Marketing department, comprises over 20 professionals specializing in data. Joining this dynamic team, youβll have a lot of opportunities for skill development, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
As a Web Analyst, youβll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brandβs growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.
Responsibilities:
β Overseeing web tracking across multiple airSlate products
β Configuring GA4 events, events for various advertising systems (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other third-party vendors pixels) via Google Tag Manager or by writing specifications for developers
β Creating custom user audiences based on web data.
Writing specifications for offline conversions and offline audiences in Google\Bing Ads
β Ensuring data quality and completeness
β Supporting colleagues on web tracking-related issues and questions
β Collaborating with other departments within the company to achieve maximum results
β Identifying anomalies in data collection, urgent breakdowns with subsequent rapid fixes
Technology Stack:
β GA4: primary tool for behavioral data collection
β Google Tag Manager: Basic JavaScript knowledge, ability to select the appropriate CSS selector for an element
β BigQuery: utilizing the native connector for exporting raw GA4 data
β AWS Services: Redshift (data warehouse), Quicksight (data visualization tool for DWH)
β Looker Studio: data visualization for custom reports (gradually transitioning away from it)
β AppsFlyer/Firebase: for collecting analytical data in applications
What we expect from you:
β 3 years of experience in Web Analytics
β Understanding of data collection, storage, and transmission from a technical perspective
β Deep understanding of scopes, their differences, and which metrics/dimensions relate to each scope (events, sessions, users, customers)
β Familiarity with BI data visualization systems (Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
β Basic SQL skills (working with GA4 data schema in BigQuery + Amazon Redshift subsequently)
β Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills (for working in Google Tag Manager + using Developer Tools in the browser)
β Ability to write specifications for developers (custom dataLayer events, offline conversions, and audiences)
β Ability to learn new tools βon the flyβ (relying on Google and documentation) and share acquired experience with colleagues
Would be a Plus:
β Experience with mobile app analytics (AppsFlyer/Firebase)
β Experience with APIs (primarily Google services: GA4, Google Ads)
β Experience setting up GTM Server Side
β Experience configuring Consent Mode, minimizing legal risks and data loss
