— Office IT Infrastructure Support: Configuring and maintaining Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connections, and office equipment (printers, MFPs, video conferencing systems, etc.).
— IT Asset Management: Conducting hardware inventory, tracking licenses, and managing equipment decommissioning.
— Workstation Provisioning: Preparing, configuring, and issuing equipment to employees (laptops, PCs, peripherals, and access credentials).
— Procurement: Purchasing hardware and consumables; communicating with suppliers, contractors, and ISPs.
— User Technical Support (L1/L2): Providing consultations and resolving incidents both on-site and remotely.
— Documentation: Creating and updating internal IT manuals, knowledge bases, and employee regulations.
— Project Participation: Contributing to projects aimed at the development and modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Would be a plus:

Experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
