System Administrator $$ Offline
WOW24-7 is looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator who will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. This role is essential for supporting remote teams, maintaining our infrastructure, and enabling smooth daily operations across the company.
The ideal candidate is a reliable technical expert with strong communication skills, the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, and a passion for creating a seamless and secure digital workplace.
Requirements:
β Technical education;
β Upper-Intermediate level of English;
β Administrator-level knowledge of Windows Server 2025, macOS, and Debian (OS & software installation);
β Experience with virtualization systems (Proxmox);
β Administration of Google Workspace and email systems;
β Knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Graylog);
β Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack;
β Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of office software (MS Office, etc.);
β Skills in maintaining office equipment: laptops, scanners, printers, etc.;
β Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues (SSD/RAM replacement, etc.);
β Experience in configuring and maintaining office networks (routers/switches + WAN/LAN).

Responsibilities:
β Active Directory Administration: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, managing access rights, configuring and maintaining Group Policies (GPO).
β IT Infrastructure Monitoring (Zabbix): Configuring alerts, analyzing events, and providing prompt incident response.
β Google Workspace (G Suite) Administration: Managing users, mailboxes, and groups; configuring security settings and policies.
β Office IT Infrastructure Support: Configuring and maintaining Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connections, and office equipment (printers, MFPs, video conferencing systems, etc.).
β IT Asset Management: Conducting hardware inventory, tracking licenses, and managing equipment decommissioning.
β Workstation Provisioning: Preparing, configuring, and issuing equipment to employees (laptops, PCs, peripherals, and access credentials).
β Procurement: Purchasing hardware and consumables; communicating with suppliers, contractors, and ISPs.
β User Technical Support (L1/L2): Providing consultations and resolving incidents both on-site and remotely.
β Documentation: Creating and updating internal IT manuals, knowledge bases, and employee regulations.
β Project Participation: Contributing to projects aimed at the development and modernization of the companyβs IT infrastructure.
Would be a plus:
Experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
