    Requirements

    • 6+ years of software development experience with the .NET platform (ASP.NET Core, C#)
    • Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs (OpenAPI, FluentValidation)
    • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 flows is a plus
    • At least 2+ year of proven experience with Azure Cloud services (Service Bus, Azure Functions, CosmosDB)
    • Hands-on experience with front-end development in React (TypeScript, state management)
    • Hands-on experience with adaptive design
    • Solid understanding of client-server application design and asynchronous programming

    Job responsibilities

    • Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging Azure Functions, Service Bus, and CosmosDB
    • Develop front-end applications in React, ensuring responsive UI and seamless integration with back-end services
    • Build and maintain microservices and APIs that integrate with multiple systems, including D365 and data platforms
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and negotiate API contracts and ensure reliable system integrations
    • Implement data processing and workflow services with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience
    • Contribute to the design of low-code solutions integrating Azure ML/AI services for automation (e.g., document recognition, intelligent data extraction)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
    • Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
