About the team

The PPC Development team builds and maintains software that supports pay-per-click (PPC) advertising across Google, Bing, and other major ad platforms. A key focus of the team is optimizing and automating the ad bidding process, including designing smart bidding algorithms and budget allocation optimizers.

In this role, you will design and implement these algorithms end-to-end, tackling large-scale challenges that directly impact company revenue and ad performance, while also contributing innovative ideas to enhance the team’s capabilities.

What you’ll be working on:

• Design and implement bidding algorithms that optimize CAC, CPA, CTR, and other performance metrics across ad platforms;
• Develop mathematical models for bid optimization, budget allocation and other constraints;
• Collaborate with ML team to prototype and productionize ML models for Ad bidding;
• Continuously monitor and improve algorithm performance through A/B testing and statistical analysis;
• Work with PPC managers and Marketing stakeholders to align business requirements with Ad bidding processes;
• As part of PPC development team, participate in integration with Marketing engine platform and PPC tools development.

What we expect from you:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. PhD is a plus;
• Demonstrated multi-year experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems;
• Deep understanding of probability, statistics, optimization, and linear algebra;
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns;
• Strong programming skills in Python;

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts is a plus.

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales / Lead Generator to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients, building the top of our sales funnel, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives on initiative and direct impact.

What You'll Do:

• Market Research: Identify target companies and key decision-makers within our core industries (Fintech, eCommerce, Logistics, etc.) in the US and European markets.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, web research) to build qualified lead lists.
• Outreach: Craft compelling personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn) to initiate conversations and generate interest in SoftDAB's services.
• Qualification: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in our CRM.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional messages.
• Proactiveness: A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a hunter mentality.
• Research Skills: Proficient in using online tools and databases for lead research and qualification.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
• Understanding of IT Services: Basic understanding of custom software development, cloud services, and IT outsourcing models is a plus.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
