Role Overview

 You will work closely with the team in helping to implement and enhance the overall CRM strategy for LuckyStart Casino. You will set up new marketing campaigns, aimed to increase the retention and conversion rates, along with improving customer value and engagement.

With CRM at the heart of the business, ongoing optimisation of campaigns to build and strengthen our loyal customer base should be at the front of your mind. This role will suit a motivated, organised and proactive and hands-on person wanting to be part of a fast paced digital business. You must have good communication skills and an eye for detail. You must be an enthusiast for data marketing, user experience and optimisation.

Responsibilities

●      Implement marketing campaigns aimed to improve retention       and conversion performance.

●      Design and create profitable promotions to increase player       engagement and revenues

●      Coordinate between different business owners in planning, designing, and executing the
marketing activities.

●      Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

●      Become an expert user of our campaign management tool

●      Generate and filter segmentation lists to prepare for execution of Email & SMS content.

●      Work with a Content Management Systems to set up site campaigns on desktop and mobile.

●      Daily work includes operating an admin system, analysing & reporting, testing, and HTML coding.

●      Meet daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment.

●      Liaise with content and design to align player promotions

●      Build and manage player bonuses, ensuring smooth running

●      Write player emails, push notifications and SMS

●      Live and breath customer journeys, from first visit all the way into the life cycle, implement tests and offer ways to improve it.

Requirements

●      At least 2-year experience as a CRM/ Marketing Coordinator

●      Hands on of Customer.io experience is a must 
●      Experience with Softswiss platform highly desirable   

●      Strong knowledge in online casino products

●      High level written and spoken English

●      Experienced in managing and analysing data

●      Proactive, meticulous, and organised

●      Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) 

●      HTML/CSS knowledge (ability to edit existing code)

●      Eager to learn and willing to receive feedback

1.1. The position of Senior Sales Manager belongs to the specialist category.
1.2. The employee reports directly to the CBDO.
1.3. The purpose of the position is to close deals with large clients in the high-risk segment
(Gambling, Betting), sell the company’s comprehensive solutions, coordinate negotiations,
and manage the full deal cycle up to client go-live.
1.4. In their activities, the employee is guided by applicable legislation, local and internal
company regulations, as well as this job description.

Job responsibilities
2.1. Sales to key clients:
• Managing deals with potential traffic volumes of $500k/month and above.
• Preparing and presenting company solutions at owner and C-level.
• Closing deals up to the integration and traffic go-live stage.
• Developing individual commercial models, offers, and settlement schemes.
• Growth of existing clients, cross-selling.
2.2. Negotiations and cooperation terms:
• Conducting negotiations on tariffs, commissions, rolling reserves, currencies, payout
schedules.
• Agreeing on limits, compliance requirements, permitted URLs.
• Working with Legal and Compliance on structures in non-standard jurisdictions.
• Promoting clients to priority routes and cooperation models.
2.3. Acquisition of new clients:
• Client search via LinkedIn, Telegram, databases, and personal network.
• Client acquisition through forums, conferences, and industry platforms.
• Preparation for participation in SIGMA, SBC, iGB, and others.
• Conducting meetings, presentations, lead collection and qualification.
• Working with own client database.
2.4. Interaction with internal teams:
• Alignment of deal terms with CBDO, Legal, Finance, Compliance.
• Handover of deals to KAM after closing.
• Maintaining CRM, controlling communication in Telegram / Jira.
• Formulating client-driven solutions for BizDev.
2.5. Reporting and analytics:
• Preparation of weekly sales pipeline reports.
• Analysis of current deals, identification of blockers.
• Proposals for improving offers, models, and tariff conditions.

Qualification requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in sales in the high-risk segment (PSP, FinTech).
• Successful cases with Gambling clients.
Professional knowledge:
• Understanding of PSPs, aggregators, gateways, routing schemes, holds.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level or higher.
• Negotiation skills at CEO / Founder level.
