    Responsibilities:

    • Create and adapt branding assets for live poker events (Europe, Asia, North America, Canada, Latin America)

      Branded merchandise and apparel

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a Brand Reputation Manager with strong attention to detail, experience in user feedback management, and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the public image of our product on app stores and review platforms. You’ll work closely with support, ASO, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience — both internally and externally.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more
    • Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews
    • Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements
    • Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts
    • Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks
