Junior Marketing Web/Graphic Designer

We are a retainer agency, which means that clients pay a fixed amount every month, and you don’t have to estimate every project. So, basically, it is a subscription-based product designer.
Your Role & Adventure:
- Design a range of assets: landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, emails, newsletters, case studies, social media, ads etc.
- Define and maintain Visual Identity and Guidelines.
- Design, maintain, and evolve the modular system for the website landing pages, marketing assets.
- Analyze the website visits stats to learn and improve its conversion rate and experience.
- Produce a data-informed design for the website by taking into account existing constraints and business needs.
- Work closely with our marketing team.
- Research and analyze visitors’ behavior, obstacles, and issues with Eleken’s website.
- Articulate and present your design ideas and hypotheses.
Hard Skills:
- 0,5 years of graphic/web design experience.
- Strong visual design skills.
Would be a plus:
- Experience of working with Webflow.
- Ability to make custom illustrations / Drawing skills.
- Motion design skills.
