    About the Role

We’re looking for Senior / Principal DevOps Engineers to support Orbis, a large legacy platform built on bespoke, business-critical systems.

The role exists because the platform is complex, highly customized, and poorly documented. You’ll help the team understand how the system works today, document it clearly, stabilize it, and support its gradual modernization.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a detective mindset — comfortable digging into legacy code, infrastructure, and undocumented processes to bring clarity and structure.

    Location: Remote (Europe time zones)
    Engagement: Full-time, long-term contract
    Start Date: ideally in February

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with a large in-production legacy system with limited documentation
    • Discover, understand, and document undocumented workflows and automation
    • Drive three main work areas:

    1. Platform modernization toward serverless
    2. Security standardization and vulnerability management
    3. Monitoring standardization

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
    • Design and improve automation and deployment pipelines
    • Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve cross-team collaboration

    Must-Have Requirements

    • Strong .NET / C# development skills to understand large volumes of legacy custom code
    • Solid experience with older Microsoft enterprise environments:
    • Windows Server administration
    • SQL Server
    • .NET / ASP.NET / C#
    • A blended background across DevOps, Windows infrastructure, and .NET engineering
    • Comfortable working with minimal documentation and creating it from scratch

    Tech Stack

    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • MS SQL Server
    • .NET / ASP.NET / C#
    • Terraform
    • Jenkins
    • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git
    • AWS (nice to have)

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
    • Clear and proactive communication
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
    • Comfortable working independently and leading discovery efforts

We are currently looking for a People Partner to ensure that people processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and HR data and documentation are accurate and compliant.

This role gives you full ownership of the people function for the WebSpellChecker team. You will report directly to the General Manager, work side by side with team leads, and have a real influence on how people practices are executed. The role is fully remote, designed for independent, proactive HR professionals who enjoy both ownership and collaboration.

    Our core values

Robustness. We're robust as a business unit and act according to industry best practices and standards.
Innovativeness. We seek result-driven solutions for any business case and always welcome new ideas.
Adaptability. We adapt products to new customer demands and industry mainstreams.
Customer-centric. We provide value for customers through flexible in use products and services.
Agility. We do our best to iterate fast, adapt, and leverage changes for our customers’ benefits.

    What you will be doing

    • Employee Lifecycle: Manage the operational side of onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing welcome packs, access coordination, exit documentation) to ensure a seamless experience.
    • HR Processes: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRM system (we use PeopleForce), ensuring all data regarding time-off and personal details is up-to-date.
    • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding daily HR requests, policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
    • Engagement & Retention: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and check-ins to monitor team morale and address individual concerns.
    • Performance Support: Assist managers in organizing Performance Review cycles, tracking probation periods, and documenting PDPs (Personal Development Plans).
    • Internal Communication: Draft and distribute internal announcements, policy updates, and help maintain the company knowledge base.
    • Events & Education: Organize team-building activities, corporate celebrations, and coordinate educational initiatives (internal workshops, training sessions) to foster team cohesion.

    Required skills and knowledge

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager in an IT company with fully remote or distributed teams.
    • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
    • HR Processes: Solid understanding of core HR workflows (onboarding, adaptation, appraisal, retention, termination).
    • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
    • Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience with HRM systems and confidence using Google Workspace.
    • Proactivity & Ownership: ability to work autonomously, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and propose solutions rather than only reacting to requests.

    Will be a plus

    • Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Ukrainian labour legislation (KZoT) and Diia.City cooperation model.
    • Events & Culture: Experience organizing team-building activities or corporate events.
