As a UAV Test and Integration Engineer in Ukraine, you will work in the national UAV ecosystem: directly with military users, with manufacturers integrating Lendurai solutions into their platforms, and at the range during testing. You will become a key link between military units (users), Ukrainian UAV manufacturers, and our remote engineering and product teams.
Your tasks
- Work with military technical teams to resolve technical, configuration, and integration issues on FPV and multirotor platforms using Lendurai solutions.
- Support Ukrainian UAV manufacturers in integrating Lendurai software and hardware into their platforms and ground control systems.
- Plan, conduct, and document field tests and test flights in collaboration with defense customers and partners.
- Integrate and test radio channels and video links on UAV platforms, including MILERLS, analog and digital video systems, repeaters, and ground stations.
- Configure, flash and optimize MILERS / MILBETA firmware.
- Perform PID tuning and other optimization of controller parameters for multirotor and fixed-wing platforms according to specific mission profiles.

- Experience integrating and troubleshooting various radio stacks (video, control, telemetry, repeaters) on FPV and multirotor platforms.
Experience with flight controllers and setup:
- Experience in PID tuning and optimization of related parameters for multi-rotors.
- Reliable work with common stack controllers (Betaflight / INAV / Ardupilot / PX4 or similar).
Language and place of work:
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (oral and written).
- Residence in Ukraine and willingness to regularly travel to UAV bases and test ranges.
