Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams, preferably in a product;
• Background in Engineering/Team Lead role;
• Solid prior career experience as a software engineer;
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile software development practices like Scrum, Kanban;
• Technical practices like continuous integration, automated testing, release management, performance monitoring, and applicable tooling such as Atlassian, Git, etc. are part of your standard day-to-day thinking;
• AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of current AI trends and technologies, with experience leveraging AI to optimize engineering workflows or build intelligent product capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead three SCRUM teams working on HotSchedules Labor, our workforce management product. You will own delivery, people management, and engineering processes across teams of full-stack Java developers, tech leads, and QA automation engineers.

This is a management-focused role. You will not write code daily, but you need strong technical depth to evaluate architectural decisions and challenge technical trade-offs. The teams use AI coding agents in their daily work, and you will be expected to support and grow this practice. The teams are distributed across Ukraine, Latin America, and the US. EU-timezone working hours are required. You will run cross-team ceremonies, stakeholder updates, and escalation calls, so strong English communication skills are a must.

Інженер комунікаційних сервісів відповідає за проєктування, впровадження та підтримку мережевої інфраструктури віртуалізованого датацентру на базі VMware NSX‑T та побудову федерації. Роль включає налаштування overlay/underlay взаємодії, Tier‑0/Tier‑1, BGP‑пірингів з фізичною мережею, а також реалізацію мікросегментації (DFW) і контроль мережевої безпеки. Спеціаліст проводить troubleshooting мережевих інцидентів, оптимізує продуктивність і доступність сервісів, документує рішення та взаємодіє з командами віртуалізації й кібербезпеки

Вимоги:
• Практичний досвід адміністрування/впровадження VMware NSX T (Data Center) в продуктивному середовищі.

Мережевий інженер Wi Fi / Cisco ISE відповідає за впровадження та підтримку корпоративної бездротової інфраструктури і сервісів контролю мережевого доступу на базі Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). Основний фокус ролі — побудова та супровід 802.1X/AAA (RADIUS) і розробка політик авторизації (розподіл доступу за групами користувачів/типами пристроїв/контекстом підключення) із застосуванням dACL та SGT. Спеціаліст забезпечує інтеграції з AD/LDAP та PKI, проводить troubleshooting інцидентів доступу (EAP/сертифікати/RADIUS, роумінг і якість Wi Fi), документує рішення та взаємодіє з командами

Задачі:

• Проєктування, впровадження та експлуатація корпоративного Wi‑Fi: SSID, роумінг, безпека, сегментація.
