Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronic Technical Team Lead to provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team responsible for the full-cycle development of complex physical products from concept through manufacturing. This critical role demands deep, integrated expertise across mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems.

Позиція Tech Lead передбачає ключову технічну роль у розробці продуктів компанії. Відповідає за визначення технічного напрямку та реалізацію інженерних рішень у межах міждисциплінарних команд шляхом поєднання експертизи в апаратній інженерії, програмуванні та системного мислення. Роль передбачає функцію технічного мосту між продуктовою частиною та командою розробки, із фокусом на відповідність технічного бачення бізнес-цілям та дотримання стандартів якості під час реалізації.

Основні обов’язки:

• Формування технічного опису продукту відповідно до вимог та даних, отриманих від продакт-менеджера.
• Проєктування архітектури рішення базуючись на експертній думці профільних SME, інтеграція апаратних і програмних компонентів у єдину систему.
• Керування технічним процесом розробки: планування та декомпозиція завдань для інженерів, технічна перевірка рішень та контроль їх відповідності заданим критеріям.
• Спільно з SME та функційним менеджером: підбір проектної команди, планування залученості.
• Прийняття ключових технічних рішень в межах проєктів, забезпечення відповідності рішень внутрішнім та галузевим стандартам.
• Проведення технічних оглядів, координування процесу перевірки та затвердження інженерних рішень, в т.ч. проведення аналізу причин несправностей та впровадженні заходів з усунення проблем.
• Забезпечення ефективної комунікації між командами залученими до проекту.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Практичний досвід у галузі hardware-інженерії: прототипування, складання, тестування пристроїв.
• Профільні знання в електроніці, фізиці та принципах роботи електронних систем.
