About the Role:

✔️ As a Senior Python Engineer, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of core backend services and REST APIs for our automation platform.

The company is looking for an experienced Reddit specialist. If you have a solid understanding of the Reddit platform, can work with content and communities, and have a successful track record of managing and growing accounts, we would be happy to have you on our team.

Required experience with:

• Experience with Reddit: deep understanding of the platform, its culture, and its rules.
• Content marketing skills: ability to create content using AI (posts, comments) and adapt the communication style for different communities.
• English language: proficiency level of at least Intermediate (for interaction with English-speaking communities), spoken English does not need to be at a high level.
• Analytical skills: ability to use analytics tools (such as Ahrefs) to research the audience and evaluate results. If you don’t have experience with Ahrefs, we provide training.

• Creating and “warming up” Reddit accounts: managing new accounts, simulating natural activity to build trust in the profile.
• Building karma: actively participating in relevant subreddits (posting, commenting) to increase account karma.

As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels.

What You Will Do

• Platform & Campaign Management:
  • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
• Data & Optimization:
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.
• Collaboration: 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.
