Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design and successful outcomes;
- Experience in developing and implementing user interfaces;
- A deep understanding of typography: knowledge of font principles, the ability to select and combine fonts to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal in design;
- An excellent sense of layout, general design principles and attention to detail;
- Skilled in using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision/Marvel, Principle;
- Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities;
- Knowledgeable about web, mobile, and cross-platform standards;
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers;
- Ability to translate user research into actionable design decisions;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills (at least B1 English).

Responsibilities:

- Design and prototype user-centered interfaces focused on usability and accessibility;
- Develop comprehensive brand concepts, including logos and corporate identities;
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other essential UX artifacts to guide design decisions;
- Make sure the user interface looks consistent across the platform for a smooth and unified experience;
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for scalability;
- Create adaptive designs tailored for multiple formats (desktop, mobile devices, print);
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining the UX vision.

Head of Analytics
Location — remote
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 8 analysts and data engineers.
• Perform hands-on analysis, build dashboards and write complex SQL queries.
• Design and implement a modern data architecture and self-service analytics platform.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional business teams to support strategic decisions.
• Shift analytics from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven outputs.
• Define and enforce data domains, governance and quality standards across the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head of Analytics, Lead Data Analyst or similar in iGaming.
• Expert-level SQL, strong Python skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes and data engineering principles.
• Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-3 markets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience modernizing a data stack and building self-service analytics.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who approaches complexity with clarity, structure, and common sense - someone who helps users make better decisions, cares about the invisible logic that holds everything together, and brings clarity to screens that may not trend on Dribbble, but actually help someone do their job better.

Responsibilities:

Design and build core areas of the interface - from early flows to detailed wireframes
Collaborate with users, product managers, and developers to clarify requirements and turn them into intuitive interaction models
Run UX reviews, identify issues, and propose practical improvements
Develop and maintain interface patterns to support consistency
Clearly communicate your design logic in documentation and walkthroughs - helping others understand the “why” behind your decisions

Mandatory Skills Description:

5–7 years of experience in UX design for complex web-based systems or internal tools
Hands-on experience designing information-rich interfaces
Experience working closely with users and the team to clarify requirements and translate them into clear interaction models
Strong proficiency in Figma - including components, libraries, and design documentation
