We are looking for a Head of Creative Production to lead and scale our creative engine. In this role, you will oversee designers, creative producers, and influencer managers, building a high-performance creative factory that turns insights and real user pain points into bold, data-driven creative that drives growth.
Requirements:
β’ Experience: 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or creative agency roles (experience in mobile apps is a plus).
β’ Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams (designers, motion designers, copywriters, influencer managers).
β’ Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and use data to guide the creative strategy.
β’ Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of creative requirements and trends for Meta, TikTok and Google.
β’ Strategic Thinking: Experience in building scalable production systems and testing frameworks from scratch.
β’ Research Skills: Proficiency in audience research, competitor analysis, and identifying market triggers.
β’ Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven production tools and creative automation is highly preferred.
β’ Soft Skills: Strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ English: Advanced level or higher.
Responsibilities:
β’ Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute an end-to-end creative strategy for performance marketing channels to drive business growth.
β’ Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of result-oriented creativity.
β’ Process Optimization: Build and streamline scalable production workflows to handle high-volume creative output (hundreds/thousands of assets per week).
β’ Performance Analysis: Monitor creative performance data to identify winning creatives and iterate on successful concepts.
β’ Hypothesis Testing: Establish a systematic approach to testing new visual ideas, messaging, and marketing hypotheses.
β’ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UA Managers, Analysts, MarTech and Product teams to align creative assets with business goals.
β’ R&D & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies (like AI tools) into the production process.
β’ Briefing & Quality Control: Oversee the creation of high-quality briefs and ensure all output meets brand standards and performance benchmarks.
