We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys working closely with products, teams, and business goals. This role is focused primarily on practical product management responsibilities — from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration — while also offering the opportunity to gradually grow into product leadership responsibilities.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape product solutions, rioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution. We are open both to experienced Product Managers who still prefer to stay deeply involved in hands-on product work, and to strong Product Managers who are ready to grow toward a lead role.

YOU ARE

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of digital B2B or B2C products
• Strong in hands-on product management and comfortable independently driving product initiatives
• Experienced in the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration
• Able to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements
• Confident in backlog management, prioritization, and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

YOU WOULD LOVE TO

• Conduct user research directly with internal users freight brokers  through interviews, observation, and feedback channels
• Build feedback loops from analytics, user insights, and industry trends to support product decision-making

Responsibilities: 

You are responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our OEM partners with regard to the processing of clinical cases. You handle the flow of incoming cases, and follow-up on the timing and on-time delivery of cases. 

• You independently manage daily external and internal requests, covering both technical and administrative aspects of clinical cases for a diverse portfolio of products and partners. 
• You handle the flow of incoming medical cases and start the operational processing of these. 
• You receive the incoming medical images for new cases, and get them ready for processing. You follow-up with the partners on rejected images. 
• You follow-up on the processing of cases assuring all cases are processed, produced and shipped to the customer within the agreed timelines. You reach out to the different stakeholders in case of delays or issues with the flow and intervene when timings are/need to be changed.

Senior AI / LLM Engineer (GenAI Systems)

We’re building a next-gen AI infrastructure platform focused on LLMs, intelligent matching, and scalable systems.

Looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help design and ship real-world AI systems across models, infrastructure, and production.

What You’ll Work On
• Build and scale AI pipelines end-to-end
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered systems
• Work on inference optimization and performance
• Design RAG systems, agent workflows, and structured outputs
• Improve prompting, NLP, and data quality

Tech You’ll Likely Use

• Engineering proficiency (CI/CD, Version controls, Containers, APIs, Databases)
