Job responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting data from multiple sources:
  e-commerce platform (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud), CRM/marketing tools (Klaviyo), web analytics, fulfillment and logistics systems.
• Ensure reliable, near-real-time data ingestion for customer behavior, orders, inventory, and marketing performance.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native tools.
• Model and maintain customer, order, product, and session-level datasets to support analytics and personalization use cases.
• Enable 360° customer view by unifying data from website interactions, email/SMS campaigns, purchases, and returns.

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) who will own growth for one or more apps and turn funnels, creatives, and acquisition into predictable revenue.

This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of performance marketing, product, creative, and data.

Responsibilities

• Own growth streams end-to-end (app / funnel / geo / segment)

• Design and build web pages, funnels, and opt-ins in platforms like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns
