On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of growing and scaling the Nutra segment. This role is designed for a performance-driven professional who thrives in a mobile-first environment and knows how to drive measurable results through Straight Sale Offers.
 

About the Partner:

You will join an established international powerhouse in the performance marketing space that has been shaping the mobile traffic industry for over a decade. Our partner operates a massive ecosystem connecting thousands of global players through advanced proprietary technology and AI driven optimization. With a strong footprint in 200 plus markets and a reputation for high standards in Nutra and Dating, they provide an environment where data meets creativity. Core responsibilities:

1. Own and grow the Nutra affiliate portfolio end-to-end.

2. Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential affiliates and traffic sources.

3. Scale profitable partnerships while maintaining performance and margin targets.

4. Analyze campaign data and optimize based on KPIs and traffic quality.

5. Attend industry events and travel to Portugal 2–4 days per month for in-person collaboration.
 

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience managing and scaling Nutra affiliates.

2. Strong track record with straight sale Nutra offers and clear performance results.

3. Ability to recruit, onboard, activate, and scale direct media buyers, teams, and agencies.

4. Deep understanding of ROI, CPA, CR, EPC, and LTV.

5. Solid knowledge of tracking fundamentals, postbacks, and attribution logic.

6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. English B2+

We’re helping our partner find a pro TikTok Media Buyer to drive their Mainstream Dating vertical.

The Focus: Scaling high-performance campaigns at the intersection of data and technology.

What You Will Do:

• Scale & Optimize: Own full-funnel TikTok campaigns (Targeting, Bidding, A/B testing).
• Strategy: Develop performance-oriented strategies for App Installs and Web Growth.
• Budgets: Manage substantial ad spend with a strict focus on ROAS & KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high ROI.
• Deep understanding of TikTok ad formats, pixels, and troubleshooting.
• English B2+
