Recruiter

We are looking for a driven Recruiter who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment, handle challenging vacancies, and work independently.

The role is approximately 70% recruitment and 30% HR / People Operations support.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Work with technical, engineering, operational, and business roles
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search
• Work closely with hiring managers and take ownership of hiring results
• Maintain ATS data, recruitment funnels, and basic analytics
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
• Support basic HR processes: new hire preparation, equipment handover, team introductions, and other organizational tasks

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience in MilTech / Defence Tech / hardware / UAV / IoT
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
• Ability to work effectively under high workload and changing priorities
• High level of ownership and responsibility for results
• English B1+
