Responsibilities

• Build and execute a lead-generation marketing plan aligned with business goals.

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive B2B traffic and leads.

• Keep workflows organized in Notion (planning, statuses, priorities).
• Review and approve key content before publishing (posts, short videos, case studies, decks).
• Support company reputation growth via reviews (Clutch, G2) and turning feedback into case studies.
• Organising cooperation with UGC creators

Requirements

• 2+ years in Marketing roles  (IT/software/agency experience is required).
• Proven results: you can show impact on lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong paid ads skills (hands-on setup/optimization).
• Data-first mindset: dashboards, metrics, and conversion logic.
• Experience coordinating content across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn + short-form).
• English — Upper-Intermediate (proofreading business content).
• Strong organization skills; confident with Notion and CMS.

We are looking for a GEO Specialist (also known as AEO Specialist / AI Search Optimization Specialist / Generative Search Optimization Specialist) to grow our visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines and increase high-quality brand mentions across generative platforms.

Format: Full-time or Part-time (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our GEO/AEO strategy (visibility in generative/AI search + brand mentions).
• Audit and improve website content to be answer-ready (definitions, FAQs, comparisons, guides, use cases).
• Build content frameworks and briefs that increase the chance of being cited/mentioned.
• Define tasks for developers: schema / structured data and other GEO-related technical improvements.
• Set up and maintain monitoring: target prompts/queries, competitor benchmarks, reporting with action items.

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our website SEO and organic growth. This role can be full-time or part-time (flexible schedule). This position is focused on search visibility, technical SEO, content optimisation, and close collaboration with content, development, and marketing teams.
