SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SDR to join Red Rocket Software and help grow our outbound sales pipeline across European markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building targeted outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, and booking intro calls for the sales team.
You will work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to generate new business opportunities for design & development services through LinkedIn outbound, personalized messaging, and strategic prospect research.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and other channels
- Research and identify ICP-fit companies and decision-makers
- Create personalized multi-touch outreach sequences
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team
- Book and confirm intro calls with potential clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead statuses
- Track outreach performance and optimize messaging based on results
- Conduct account research using LinkedIn, company websites, Clutch, and other tools
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to improve targeting and messaging
- Run A/B tests for outreach messages and analyze reply rates
- Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-up discipline
Requirements
Must Have
- 1+ year of experience in SDR / Lead Generation / B2B Outreach roles
- Strong written English (B2+ minimum)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of outbound sales processes and lead qualification
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
- Ability to personalize outreach at scale
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of ownership and self-management
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in outbound environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT outsourcing, software agencies, or SaaS
- Experience working with European markets (DACH, Poland, Switzerland)
- Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or automation tools
- Understanding of tech buyer personas (CTO, Founder, Head of Product)
- Polish or German language skills
