UI/UX, Graphic Designer (AI-Driven)

Red Rocket Software is looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 1.5–2+ years of experience who can create intuitive interfaces, understand clients' business needs, and actively use AI tools to improve their efficiency.
We are looking for more than just a designer — we want someone who follows technological advancements, knows how to optimize their work with artificial intelligence, and is willing to continuously improve these skills.
Responsibilities
 

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
• Analyze client requirements and propose the best UX solutions.
• Participate in project discovery phases and client meetings.
• Present design solutions to clients and confidently defend design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and other team members.
• Improve existing interfaces based on user experience and business goals.
• Perform graphic design tasks (marketing banners, social media materials, presentations).

Requirements
 

• 1.5–2+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of UX processes, user journeys, and interface design principles.
• Experience communicating with clients and participating in requirements discussions.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Experience creating design systems.
• Experience with animations.
• Portfolio with real commercial projects.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work.
• Understanding of how AI can accelerate research, idea generation, content creation, and design processes.
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Lovable, Figma AI, and similar solutions).
• Willingness to continuously learn new AI tools and implement them into work processes.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
