    The challenge you’ll take on:

    As part of a tight creative trio β€” User Acquisition, Creative Marketing, and Product Marketing β€” your challenge is to unlock and scale a thematic direction end to end. From ad messaging and web funnel experience to conversion and monetization, you’ll own a coherent user narrative, understand cause-and-effect across the funnel, and apply best market practices to drive CR, LTV, ROI, and sustainable new revenue growth within a large thematic unit.

That’s why, together with Vladyslav Strykun, Chief Marketing Officer at Headway Inc, we’re looking for an SMM Lead to own and scale our group-wide SMM strategy β€” building the operating system, leading the team, and driving both performance results and long-term brand equity across multiple products.

    What will you do:

    • Own group-wide SMM strategy across Headway, Nibble, Skillsta, and new launches, aligned with positioning, GTM, and business goals.
    • Build and run the SMM operating model: planning, production, QA, publishing, and cross-channel coordination.
    • Lead and scale the team: hire, set operating principles, coach SMM Managers, and align designers/copywriters around priorities.
    • Keep brands distinct by defining messaging, tone, and content guidelines across products.
    • Partner with PMM, Brand, UA, Influencer, PR, and Product teams to support GTM and contribute to marketing and product funnels.
    • Own analytics and insights: KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, plus trend/competitor research to launch new formats and growth loops.

    What do you need to join us:

    • 3+ years of experience as an SMM Manager (at least 1 year as SMM Lead/Head) in an IT product company or digital agency.
    • Skills in working with social media algorithms on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Working with analytics, marketing funnels, and metrics (ER, ERR, ROI).
    • Ability to generate ideas and analyse content through the prism of marketing goals.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
    • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

    Together with our Collaborative Marketing Team Lead, Nataliia, we’re looking for a UGC Specialist to scale creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives.

     

    The Collaborative Marketing team works across three core areas: influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and UGC advertising. The UGC direction is the largest and plays a key role in supporting our paid media efforts.

     

    In this role, you’ll primarily work with UGC for physical products β€” collaborating with creators to produce ad-ready content that highlights real-life use, benefits, and emotions. You’ll also occasionally support digital products, applying the same performance-driven UGC approach.

     

    Our focus is on creating scroll-stopping UGC ads that help the Creative Marketing team clearly communicate how our products make people’s lives better and drive results across paid channels.

     

    You're a great match if you want to:

    • Build and scale UGC ad strategies β€” working closely with creators to produce performance-driven ad content
    • Turn product value and brand mission into scroll-stopping UGC ads that resonate with real users
    • Experiment with new UGC ad formats, hooks, angles, and creator approaches to improve paid performance
    • Develop long-term relationships with UGC creators that help continuously test, iterate, and scale ad creatives

    What you'll be doing:

    • Sourcing and communicating with UGC creators across different markets (US, LATAM, Europe).
    • Managing the full creator workflow: negotiations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Writing clear, performance-oriented briefs and scripts tailored to each creator and ad hypothesis.
    • Generating ideas for UGC ad tests, creative angles, hooks, and messaging variations.
    • Analyzing UGC ad performance and optimizing creatives based on data and insights.

    What you need to join us:

    • 1+ year of experience in a similar role (UGC management, influencer marketing, performance marketing, copywriting, SMM, or advertising)
    • Hands-on experience working with UGC or influencer content for physical products is a strong plus
    • Basic understanding of key marketing and performance metrics
    • Creativity combined with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable briefs
    • Experience writing scripts or briefs for UGC creators or influencers
    • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads
    • Analytical mindset β€” you rely on data to make decisions and improve results
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
    • Your superpowers: creativity, proactivity, and strong communication skills
