Role overview
The role is launched to ensure stable, scalable, and technically sound performance of the cold email outreach channel, with full ownership of infrastructure, deliverability, and performance optimization.
You will fully own the cold email infrastructure (40+ inboxes), maintain high domain health, control bounce rate, and ensure predictable pipeline contribution through structured performance optimization.

Your future responsibilities include:
Infrastructure & Deliverability Ownership

• Full ownership of the email channel infrastructure — from domain setup to qualified booked calls,
• Management of 40+ inboxes and domain rotation,
• Setup and maintenance of SPF, DKIM, DMARC records,
• Inbox warming and domain health monitoring,
• Continuous deliverability optimization (spam placement, sender reputation, blacklist monitoring),
• Bounce rate control and troubleshooting deliverability issues,
• Scaling outreach infrastructure while maintaining stability.
• Campaign Management & Optimization
• Launching and managing cold email campaigns on pre-built lead lists,
• Monitoring key metrics: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, spam rate,
• Systematic A/B testing and performance optimization,
• Identifying bottlenecks in the outreach funnel and improving conversion to qualified calls.

Needed experience & skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach with direct infrastructure ownership,
• Proven experience managing 30+ inboxes simultaneously,
• Strong expertise in email deliverability and domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warming, bounce rate control),
• Experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar),
• Experience setting up and managing Google Workspace or equivalent,
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar),
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making,
• Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2) English level for professional written and verbal communication,
• High level of autonomy and ownership.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience scaling outreach across multiple markets,
• Experience building SOPs for outreach infrastructure,
• Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and collaboration with Sales,
• Experience automating workflows between outreach tools and CRM.

The Sales Manager role is launched to accelerate revenue growth by increasing deal volume and sales efficiency. The mission of this role is to consistently hit and exceed sales targets by closing deals, maximizing lead-to-customer conversion, and delivering measurable revenue results.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound leads: qualification, needs discovery, and solution presentation,
• Initiating first contact with potential clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn,
• Identifying customer needs and developing tailored commercial proposals,
• Handling objections and delivering sales presentations and demos,
• Closing deals and handing over qualified clients to the Account Management team,
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including deal stages, statuses, and communication details.

Needed experience & skills:

• 2+ years of commercial B2B experience,
• Proven experience in negotiations and deal closing,
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written),
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot),
• High motivation and strong results-driven mindset,
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills,
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

We’re currently expanding our team for one of our partners, and looking for an Order Entry Manager (Junior+ level) to join our international customer care team.

If you enjoy handling customer requests via email, are detail-oriented, and can maintain focus under high-volume work — this role is for you!

Required experience and skills:

• 6+ months of experience in Customer Support;
• Fluent written German (email only, no voice) — strong grammar, natural phrasing, professional email tone;
• Critical thinking and ability to logically analyze cases;
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions precisely;
• Ability to structure written communication clearly and concisely;
• Ability to ask clarifying questions instead of making assumptions;
• Familiarity with email management tools (Dixa preferred).

Your future responsibilities:

• Process ~15,000 emails per year (~1,250/month, up to 60/day);
• Handle email orders via Dixa;
• Maintain a 24-hour response time; target Average Handling Time (AHT) 4–6 minutes (6–8 minutes allowed during onboarding);
• Ensure high-quality standards in every interaction;
• Report KPIs to the Sales team at Contorion;
• Share feedback and improvement ideas for processes.

Work schedule and conditions:

• Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET (1-hour lunch break);
• After probation: flexible start/end times if KPIs are met;
• No time tracker;

Ти будеш:

• Вести повний цикл рекрутингу: від сорсингу до оферу
• Закривати вакансії з фокусом на Customer Support (high-volume), а також брати участь у наймі на senior-рівень і суміжні ролі
• Активно приймати участь в міжнародному найманні
• Проводити скринінги та оцінювати кандидатів по комунікації, мотивації та problem-solving
