In this role, you will assist with handling chargebacks and other dispute-related tasks. Responsibilities:

• Support the team in processing chargebacks and managing dispute cases.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English.
• Maintain accurate records of cases and outcomes.
• Learn and apply internal procedures for dispute management.

Location: The candidate must be located in Ukraine, as the company provides work equipment (laptop).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day, Weekly Shifts 07:00-16:00, 09:00 – 18:00, 15:00-00:00

Main Responsibilities 
•    Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms to ensure their smooth operation 
•    Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance
•    Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries 
•    Execution of client orders and assisting clients with inquiries in line with company policy and procedures
•    Responsible for running complex reporting and its analysis as required by company management 
•    Answering tickets in company’s systems.

Main Requirements 
•    Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field (advantage)
•    Previous work experience in a similar role and especially in dealing room (advantage)
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advantage)
•    B2+ English, both oral and written (must)

The Role

We are looking for a strong executor — someone who lives inside the ad platforms, understands performance and PPC metrics deeply, and knows how to turn data into action.

This is a hands-on role. You will manage campaigns daily, analyze performance deeply, and work closely with BI and Creative teams to drive measurable results. 

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads).
• Monitor daily KPIs: CPL, CPA, FTDs, %CR, PV, Margin, LTV, ROAS
• Identify performance trends and act quickly
• Build structured A/B tests (creative, copy, funnels, targeting)
• Work closely with BI to analyze cohort data and deeper performance signals
• Collaborate with creative team on briefs and asset performance feedback
• Manage budgets responsibly and scale winning campaigns
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform and regulatory requirements
   

Requirements

Must have:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and additional paid media channels

• Experience in the Forex, iGaming, or other high-risk verticals

• Experience managing high paid budgets (preferably $200K+ monthly)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers daily

• Experience working with BI tools, data dashboards and cohort analysis.

• Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Experience working with tracking systems and attribution logic
• Understanding of funnel optimization beyond lead generation.
