We are looking for a strong Senior FullStack Developer who can operate at Tech Lead level, not just write code.

This role is about architecture ownership, development process control, and technical leadership in complex e-commerce and SaaS projects.
 

About Us

We build complex B2B solutions:

• 3D configurators
• SaaS platforms
• Magento / Shopware / WooCommerce integrations
• Custom Laravel backends
• React frontends

Projects include non-trivial business logic, integrations, and performance-sensitive systems.
 

Your Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Review and audit current architecture
• Identify bottlenecks and technical debt
• Propose improvements and scaling strategy
• Own technical decision-making

Development Process Control

• Code reviews
• Validate architecture decisions
• Control estimations and technical solutions
• Ensure delivery quality

Documentation & Systematization

• Establish documentation standards
• Control documentation quality
• Extract knowledge currently “in heads” and formalize it

Communication

• Technical communication with clients
• Communication with third-party integrations
• Defend technical decisions

Team Leadership

• Delegate tasks to junior/middle developers
• Guide and mentor team members
• Maintain engineering discipline

A big part of our focus is outbound business development in industries such as tech, manufacturing, construction, and modular products.

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our outbound pipeline.

The main focus of this role is LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.

You will help us find the right companies and contacts, run prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and support the booking of relevant intro calls.

Responsibilities:

- Research target companies and decision-makers

- Build prospect lists based on ICP criteria

- Launch and manage outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email

- Write clear, relevant, and personalized first-touch messages

- Follow up with leads in a consistent and organized way

- Qualify leads and identify which ones are worth moving forward

- Maintain clean data in CRM / spreadsheets

- Report on outreach activity, replies, and conversion performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales support

- Strong experience with LinkedIn and email outreach

- Ability to research leads manually and work with structured targeting

- Good written communication in English

- Ability to work independently and stay organized

- Comfortable with campaign tools, CRM systems, and reporting

Nice to have:

- Experience with Upwork as an additional lead source

- Experience with outbound for agencies, SaaS, tech, construction, manufacturing, or modular businesses

- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and similar tools

Вимоги:

3D Frames шукає COO / Head of Delivery (Consultant), який/яка допоможе вибудувати зрозумілу, керовану та масштабовану систему delivery — так, щоб проєкти виконувались передбачувано, а операційка не трималась “на руках” фаундера.
 

Це роль для людини, яка любить “закривати цикл” на рівні операцій: від аудиту хаосу до працюючих процесів, чітких стандартів, метрик і регулярного репортингу. Хто вміє самостійно визначати, що саме треба змінити, оцінювати обсяг роботи, впроваджувати та доводити до результату, який реально працює в команді.
 

Про компанію

3D Frames — tech-компанія, що створює 3D-конфігуратори для B2B клієнтів у будівництві та виробництві (переважно Німеччина та Нідерланди). Зараз ми масштабуємося та будуємо SaaS-платформу, тому нам важливо закласти сильний операційний фундамент.

Основні обов’язки:

• Провести аудит поточної delivery-моделі та “вузьких місць”.
• Спроєктувати та впровадити delivery-фреймворк, який масштабується (процеси, ролі, артефакти, правила).
• Встановити стандарти для:
  • планування проєктів і roadmap
  • організації спринтів
  • управління scope / змінами
  • регулярної delivery-звітності (статуси, ризики, дедлайни)
• Налаштувати операційні метрики та reporting (прогрес, завантаження, ризики, прогноз термінів).
• Поліпшити координацію між CEO / PM / dev-командою (флоу комунікацій, відповідальності).
• Структурувати документацію та workflow (підхід до задач, структури проєктів, правила ведення).

Що для нас важливо:

• 6+ років досвіду в IT Project/Delivery Management.
• Практичний досвід побудови/покращення процесів delivery та операцій у software-командах.
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними клієнтами.
• Впевнена англійська (комунікація з клієнтами/командою).

Формат співпраці:

• Part-time консультативна роль (не щоденне PM-ведення, а консалтинг + впровадження).
• Навантаження: 10–20 год/місяць, гнучко.
• Оплата: погодинно або monthly retainer.
• Перспектива: можливий перехід у full-time COO / Head of Delivery у міру росту.
