About the product

We’re building Rendi, a mobile app for language learning. The core idea is that the lessons are connected into a single story with recurring characters: the main character, a little star named Rendi, finds herself in a world of differently shaped figures, where she has to learn their language and understand how they live. The learning experience is structured like a text-based visual novel: every grammar or vocabulary topic emerges from Rendi’s interactions with the characters. The content we create

We’re launching the project’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). The founder will be the face of the content. What you’ll do

What this job actually is:
You'll cut direct-response ads for our brands — vertical video, primarily Meta and TikTok, built to stop the scroll and sell.
Our Creative Director writes the concept, sometimes loosely, sometimes very specifically. From there it's a conversation: you'll push back, bring your own angles, and shape how the idea actually gets made. The strongest ideas we run usually don't survive first contact with an editor unchanged, and that's the point.

Why this role is different from most editing jobs:
Most editors deliver a file and never find out whether it worked.
Here, your work goes live with real advertising spend behind it, and within days you'll know exactly how it performed — how many people watched past the hook, how many bought. You'll see your ideas tested against real customers spending real money, at a scale most editors never get access to.

That feedback loop is the whole reason this job is worth having. You'll get better faster than you would anywhere else, because you'll actually know what works instead of guessing.

To be clear about the model: most ads lose. That's expected, and it's how this works — we run a lot of ideas to find the few that break out. Nobody gets blamed for a test that didn't hit. What we care about is that you keep generating ideas and keep sharpening them. When one does break out, everyone knows it was yours.

If you're the kind of editor who's curious whether your instincts are actually right, you'll like it here. If you'd rather deliver a file and move on, you probably won't.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Монтувати відео для рекламних кампаній та різних форматів контенту.

• Створювати динамічний та змістовний відеоряд.

Твоя місія:

• Створення long-form відеоконтенту за допомогою інструментів штучного інтелекту — включаючи статику, відео, аудіо.
• Реалізація і дотримання креативного бачення відеконтенту, щоб фінальний продукт був консистентний
• Дослідження нових AI-інструментів та технік, тестування можливостей і впровадження інноваційних рішень у робочий процес відеопродакшину.
• Оптимізація процесу створення відео: пошук підходів, що дозволяють пришвидшити продакшн без втрати якості.
• За наявності відповідного досвіду — участь у постпродакшні: монтажі, саунд-дизайні, ефектах, підсиленні відеоряду.
   

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для генерації відео, статики, аудіо.
• Досвід роботи в креативній або дизайн сфері
• Розуміння базових правил монтажності, композиції кадру

      Зараз ми шукаємо Video Editor / Graphic Designer — спеціаліста, для якого сильний відеомонтаж є основною компетенцією, але який також добре розуміється на графічному дизайні.
 

    Про роль

70% твоєї роботи — відеомонтаж.

Ти будеш створювати рекламні відеокреативи для різних digital-проєктів: від ідеї та першого hook до готового ролика, який можна запускати в рекламу.
 

     При цьому ти не будеш працювати один/одна. У парі з тобою буде Graphic Designer, з яким ви разом працюватимете над креативами, візуальними концепціями та тестуванням нових підходів.
 

    Тому нам важливо, щоб ти не просто вмів/ла монтувати відео, а й мав/ла хороше відчуття композиції, типографіки, кольору та візуального стилю.

Що потрібно буде робити

🎬 1. Створювати відеокреативи — основний фокус

• Монтувати рекламні відео для Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads та інших digital-каналів.
• Створювати короткі динамічні рекламні ролики, Reels, Shorts та performance-креативи.
• Працювати з відеоматеріалами: нарізкою, ритмом, музикою, звуком, субтитрами, графікою та ефектами.
• Створювати сильний hook у перші секунди відео та утримувати увагу глядача.
• Робити різні версії одного креативу для тестування.
• Адаптувати відео під різні формати, платформи та аудиторії.
• Працювати з готовими матеріалами та самостійно знаходити креативні рішення, коли вихідних матеріалів недостатньо.
   

✨ 2. Motion та візуальна подача

• Додавати анімацію, transitions, visual effects та motion-елементи.
• Анімувати текст, графіку, UI-елементи та інші об'єкти.
• Працювати з темпом, динамікою та візуальною подачею відео.
• Використовувати AI-інструменти для створення та покращення відеоконтенту.
   

🎨 3. Графічний дизайн — близько 30% роботи

Ти не будеш єдиним Graphic Designer у команді — поруч буде окремий дизайнер, з яким ви працюватимете в парі.
 

Водночас важливо, щоб ти міг/ла:

• створювати та адаптувати статичні рекламні креативи;
• працювати з текстом, композицією, кольором та типографікою;
• підбирати та комбінувати візуальні елементи;
• самостійно підготувати простий креатив або адаптацію без залучення дизайнера;
• розуміти, як графічні елементи працюють у рекламному креативі.
   

💡 4. Працювати з креативними гіпотезами

Ти будеш працювати разом із PPC-командою та Graphic Designer над створенням і тестуванням рекламних креативів.
 

Твої задачі:

• перетворювати маркетингові ідеї та ТЗ у відеокреативи;
• пропонувати власні ідеї та формати;
• тестувати різні hook'и, сценарії, візуальні рішення та подачу;
• аналізувати, які креативи працюють краще, і шукати способи їх покращити;
• слідкувати за актуальними форматами та трендами у відеоконтенті.
   

🤝 5. Працювати в команді

• Отримувати та уточнювати ТЗ.
• Брати участь у креативних мітах.
• Працювати в парі з Graphic Designer.
• Взаємодіяти з PPC Specialist та Team Lead.
• Самостійно організовувати свою роботу та дотримуватися дедлайнів.
