• Досвід роботи в IT або великих організаціях на позиціях Senior Data QA / Lead Data QA.
• Глибоке розуміння архітектури даних, процесів ETL/ELT та принципів побудови Data Warehouse / Data Lakes.
• Досвід розробки Стратегії тестування (Testing Strategy) та побудови процесів QA або їх трансформації.
• Володіння Python (Pandas, NumPy, Great Expectations або аналогічні бібліотеки валідації даних).
• Розуміння форматів даних XML, JSON, CSV, Parquet.
• Достатній рівень володіння SQL (складні запити, JOINs, агрегації, window functions, оптимізація) та досвід роботи з реляційними та колоночними БД.
• Тайм-менеджмент, пріоритизація та навички фасилітації розмов у команді.

Буде перевагою:

• Навички BI-тестування (PowerBI, Tableau, Superset) та роботи в Jupyter Notebook.
• Досвід роботи зі статистичними даними або у державних/великих корпоративних реєстрах.

Фіналізація найму.
Підготовка та відправка оферу (умови роботи, зарплата, дата виходу). Обговорення деталей та відповіді на запитання кандидата. Очікування підтвердження та підписання оферу.

Зараз ми шукаємо Automation QA Engineer в команду, що займається розробкою нових функціональностей та адаптацією існуючого продукту для клієнта на базі CRM-системи для управління продажами страхових продуктів.  

Наш процес найму включає: ознайомчий дзвінок, співбесіду з рекрутером, технічну співбесіду і знайомство з HRD, СТО та QA Lead. Усі 4 етапи займають разом орієнтовно 4 години. 

Ваша команда це: Ви, 7 Java Dev, 4 BA, РO, 3 QA, Team Lead. 

Ваші основні задачі: 

• Розробка автоматизованих тестів на Playwright, TypeScript, покриття нових функціональностей у рамках спринту; 
• Підтримка та рефакторинг існуючої тестової бази; 
• Аналіз збоїв CI та виявлення їхньої першопричини;  
• Планування тестування спільно з командою; 
• Проведення code review тестового коду. 

Що ми очікуємо:    

• Досвід роботи на аналогічній позиції від 5 років; 
• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду з Playwright + TypeScript: архітектура тестів, Page Object Model, робота з динамічним DOM; 
• Досвід розробки, підтримки та оптимізації автотестів;  
• Досвід інтеграції автотестів у CI/CD (GitHub Actions або GitLab CI) та аналізу збоїв пайплайну; 
• Практичний досвід розробки та підтримки API-тестів; 
• Розуміння CRM-архітектури: сутності, ролі й права доступу, воронки продажів; 

• Досвід покриття складних бізнес-сценаріїв. 

   

Буде плюсом: 

• Досвід формування звітності за результатами тестування (HTML Reporter / Allure або аналогічні інструменти); 
• Навички написання performance-тестів (k6, JMeter); 
• Досвід mobile тестування (Playwright mobile viewport або Appium) 

Про проєкт: 

Платформа автоматизує страховий бізнес — продажі та клієнтські процеси страхових компаній. Проєкт спрямований на розширення CRM-модулю під клієнта: додаємо нові страхові продукти й адаптуємо сценарії продажу під його процеси. 

Основні задачі вашої команди: 

• Побудова нових цифрових продуктів для клієнта на базі існуючої платформи 
• Розробка та адаптація модулів під нові страхові продукти 
• Робота за гнучкою методологією з регулярними плануваннями та ітераціями; всередині команди — взаємні code review та обмін знаннями.
