Задачі на цій посаді:

Від початку

• Формулювання й опис функціональних вимог для команди розробки.

Ми шукаємо Project Manager / Business Analyst для ведення веб-проєктів — самостійну та проактивну людину, яка може вести проєкти повного циклу від збору вимог до релізу. • Досвід створення технічних завдань, backlog, acceptance criteria та проєктної документації.
• Розуміння процесу розробки сайтів і веб-додатків.
• Досвід роботи з CMS або веб-платформами: WordPress, Drupal, Laravel-based systems або подібними.
• Розуміння UX-принципів, адаптивності.

We are looking for a Billing Manager to support and maintain the stability of our payment infrastructure across multiple markets. This role is focused on operational excellence, payment provider management, monitoring key payment metrics, and ensuring a seamless deposit and withdrawal experience for players.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming payments operations, understands payment flows, PSP integrations, and knows how to quickly identify and resolve issues affecting payment performance.

This is a highly operational role, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to independently manage relationships with payment providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and availability of all payment methods and providers
• Track key payment metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively investigate issues
• Communicate directly with PSPs and payment providers regarding incidents, technical issues, and operational matters
• Manage day-to-day relationships with payment partners
• Participate in negotiations regarding commercial terms, fees, limits, and operational conditions with payment providers
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues impacting player experience
• Coordinate with Product, Support, CRM, Risk, and Technical teams to ensure smooth payment operations
• Monitor deposit and withdrawal success rates and identify opportunities for improvement
• Escalate and follow up on provider-side issues until resolution

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Payments Operations, Payments Management, Fintech Operations, or a similar role within iGaming
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, PSPs, acquiring, withdrawals, and transaction lifecycles
• Experience working directly with payment providers and managing operational communication
• Ability to analyze payment performance metrics and identify root causes of issues
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with payment dashboards, reporting systems, and operational monitoring tools

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end e-commerce projects, bridging the gap between client needs and technical execution.

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience managing projects within the Magento / Adobe Commerce ecosystem is mandatory.
• Certification: Adobe Commerce certification is not required but will be considered a colossal advantage.

We need a detail-oriented Technical Product Manager with deep AI expertise to improve operations for one of our customers (Balloon Bay) by applying AI. This is a part-time engagement (up to 20 hours/month) with a clear path to full-time as scope grows.

Skills we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B and technical software products, including 3+ years leading and building Product teams (Head of Product, Group Product Manager, Director of Product, or CPO level).
• Proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmaps for technically complex products (developer tools, databases, data infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise platforms), delivering measurable impact on revenue, retention, adoption, and business growth.
• Strong technical product mindset. Comfortable partnering with Engineering, understanding complex technical concepts (databases, APIs, connectivity, developer tooling, enterprise software), and making architecture-aware product decisions.
• Experience driving AI-native product strategy, including LLM powered products, MCP, AI agents, developer tooling, or AI-assisted workflows. Able to identify opportunities where AI creates sustainable product differentiation.
• Experience building and scaling Product organizations, including hiring and developing Product Managers and establishing scalable product operating models, discovery practices, and delivery processes.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset. Comfortable defining product success through activation, retention, cohort analysis, ARPU, CAC, LTV, churn, ROI, and other business metrics to drive prioritization and investment decisions.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and monetization for SaaS and/or licensed software products, including platform, API, and AI-enabled offerings.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to align Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Support, and Analytics around shared product goals, influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, and successfully lead organizational change.

About the Role

This is not a traditional Integration Manager or Project Manager role.

They’re looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding with excellent stakeholder management and genuine ownership.

You’ll own partner integrations from initial technical discovery through to launch and beyond, becoming the primary technical contact for your portfolio of operators and aggregators. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and QA while representing the company externally, ensuring integrations are delivered successfully and issues are resolved efficiently.

The role is highly cross-functional and requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing API behaviour with engineers as they are leading technical conversations with partners.

Main Responsibilities

– Own end-to-end technical integrations with operators, aggregators and platform providers.
– Act as the primary technical contact for assigned partners throughout onboarding, launch and
BAU.
– Drive multiple integrations simultaneously while managing priorities and timelines.
– Troubleshoot complex integration issues, working closely with engineering teams to identify
root causes and drive resolution.
– Review API documentation, validate integration requirements and support partners throughout
implementation.
– Coordinate technical testing, certification and go-live activities.
– Work closely with Product, Engineering and QA to ensure successful delivery.
– Improve integration processes, documentation and partner onboarding experience.
– Build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
