Senior Product Designer - Enterprise SaaS (Systems and Governance) to $6000

    Full Remote Β· Worldwide Β· Product Β· 7 years of experience Β· English - B2

MenuWise is a long-running B2B SaaS platform used by professional kitchens and foodservice operators. We are rebuilding the product with a strong focus on correctness, governance, and long-term system integrity.

This is not a brand, marketing, or consumer UX role.

MenuWise is a New Zealand–based product that has historically grown through direct operator relationships rather than public marketing or social media. We are rebuilding the platform quietly and deliberately before increasing our public presence. This role is about shaping the system itself, not promoting it.

    What we’re looking for

We are looking for a senior product designer who is comfortable working on:

    • dense, data-heavy interfaces
    • constrained workflows
    • enterprise tables and forms
    • products where being correct matters more than being expressive

    Scope & mandate

This is a full-time role with an initial 3-month systems mandate.

During the first 3 months, your focus will be to:

    • define and enforce core design rules
    • establish what must never vary
    • set canonical interaction patterns (view / edit / read-only)
    • bring consistency and safety to complex workflows

Long-term continuation depends on fit and impact.

    What you will do

    • Own system and interaction rules across core product surfaces
    • Design and document canonical patterns for:
      • tables
      • inline editing
      • validation and error handling
      • state transitions
    • Say β€œno” when designs violate correctness or long-term consistency
    • Work closely with engineering on predictable, safe UX
    • Leave the system more constrained and safer than you found it

    What you will not do

    • Brand or marketing design
    • Visual experimentation or expressive UI
    • Colour or typography definition (handled separately)

If you enjoy aesthetic exploration or storytelling-led design, this role will not be satisfying.

    Why this role is difficult

MenuWise is intentionally designed to be constrained.
Success here depends on restraint, systems thinking, and comfort with saying β€œno”.

If you prefer expressive palettes, visual exploration, or marketing-led UX, this role will feel frustrating rather than rewarding.

    What we’re looking for (experience)

    You likely have:

    • 7–12+ years designing SaaS or internal tools
    • experience with enterprise, fintech, ERP, govtech, or regulated systems
    • strong opinions about constraints, invariants, and correctness
    • comfort blocking ideas that feel β€œnice” but are unsafe
    • experience designing tables and workflows, not just screens

    Titles matter less than judgment.

Codefinity was founded in 2021 and has been used by hundreds of thousands of people across the world to learn coding and software development.

We are looking for a Product Designer who enjoys working on products from 0β†’1 and wants to have a real impact on what we build and why. You will be shaping a new product within a new direction at Codefinity, collaborating closely with engineers and marketers to turn ideas into validated solutions.

This role requires strong product thinking, fast iteration, and comfort with uncertainty. You won’t just design screens β€” you’ll help define problems, shape hypotheses, and influence product decisions at every stage, from concept to launch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-End Design: Design user experiences for new mobile EdTech product from initial concept to public launch.
    • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly create prototypes to validate hypotheses (moving from low-fi sketches to high-fi interactive models).
    • User Research: Conduct discovery interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design directions.
    • Iterative Process: Refine designs based on real-time data, user feedback, and market shifts.
    • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to accelerate the design workflow and enhance product features.
    • Growth Design: Contribute to acquisition funnels and craft seamless onboarding experiences to drive conversion.
    •

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 2+ years in Product Design, specifically focused on mobile applications.
    • 0β†’1 Expertise: Proven experience building products from scratch (not just optimizing existing features).
    • Workflow Ownership: Ability to plan and manage your own workflow according to team priorities.
    • Core Skills: Strong UI/UX design skills with a deep understanding of mobile patterns.
    • Hypothesis Testing: Experience working within a framework of testing and validating product hypotheses.
    • English: Intermediate level or higher.

    Nice to Have:

    • Niche Experience: Background in subscription-based apps (EdTech, Health & Fitness, or Productivity).
    • Startup DNA: Experience in fast-changing environments characterized by uncertainty and pivots.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to distinguish business vs. user needs and find the β€œsweet spot” intersection.
    • Product Thinking: Understanding of product analytics and the ability to analyze competitors from both a design and business perspective.
    • Growth Mindset: Familiarity with marketing principles and user acquisition strategies.

    What do we offer:

    • Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
    • 20 working days of paid vacation per year, plus public holidays.
    • An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
    • Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
    • Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
    • Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
    • Company doctor and massage in the office.
    • Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX thinking and experience in system UI design.

Project: Gentlyx β€” a digital platform for interacting with AI characters with a high level of user engagement. We are building not just a product, but an entire ecosystem around it.

The role involves designing product features and user scenarios in Figma β€” from initial concept to well-thought-out interface logic: web version, mobile version, and, in the future, iOS and Android applications.

    ● Work format: Hourly payment (part-time) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time after a successful project launch.
    ● Location: Remote.

    We expect that you:

    1. Have solid experience working on real-world projects.
    2. Think product-first: you understand the user journey from task to result and design interfaces as tools to achieve user goals.
    3. Can easily and independently transform functional requirements provided by the product manager into complete interfaces, including all necessary screens and states.
    4. Deliver well-structured feature designs: all component interactions, entry/exit points, action outcomes, and navigation flows.
    5. Are skilled in design systems and use components, styles, auto layouts, and maintain well-organized, systematic layouts rather than designing β€œby eye.”
    6. Know how to enhance a product with visual polish where appropriate, while also being able to defend simplicity and clarity of interface, filtering good ideas from bad ones.
    7. Understand modern design trends and techniques, are ready to approach tasks from different angles, and explore multiple solutions.
    8. Can present and defend your design decisions to the team.

The selection process consists of several stages and includes a mandatory test task aimed at assessing your real UX and system-thinking skills.

    The test task will include:

    • Adapting an existing feature from mobile version to desktop.
    • Designing a new component for an existing screen.

We have an ambitious vision of a mobile app that would revolutionize the way we build habits. To bring this vision to life, we are assembling a team of top-tier professionals to build this app from the ground up.

At Leaply, wechallenge traditional career paths β€” we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. We move fast, think big, and expect every team member to contribute beyond their scope.

To bring this ambitious vision to life, we are looking for an equally ambitious first Product Designer who will:
β€” Collaborate with the product team to shape the concept of the first app iteration, aligned with business goals and user needs

β€” 3+ years of experience in designing web or mobile interfaces
β€” Experience working with Advanced Figmaβ€”design tokens, components and variables
β€” You are actively using AI in your workflow
β€” Experience in developing a digital product from the ground up and creating scalable design systems
β€” A systematic approach to problem-solvingβ€”you identify the root cause, break it down into smaller components, and form a solution
β€” Ability to take responsibility and execute tasks from β€˜0 to 1’
β€” Your expertise goes beyond visuals and UX/UIβ€”you create products that solve real problems
β€” Experience working in a cross-functional product team

    Bonus points for:
β€” Graphic design and animation skills
β€” Experience in data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis
β€” Experience in hiring and managing a design or product team
β€” Understanding development processes and experience with writing code
β€” Deep understanding of native platforms (iOS/Android)

    What you can expect:

    β€” Competitive compensation
β€” Office in Warsaw or Kyiv, with perks (lunches, gym, health insurance)
β€” Full ownership of your area and a say in product strategy
β€” Support from an experienced team with multiple successful exits
β€” Access to internal communities in tech, product, marketing, and payments and a meaningful missionβ€” Leaply is about helping people live better lives, every day

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UI skills to work with us on a project focused on clean, high-quality interfaces.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy crafting clean, aesthetic, and minimal interfaces while still thinking in product terms. You’ll work on real products, help shape visual direction, and translate product goals into thoughtful, high-quality UI solutions.

    • Ability to translate product requirements and user needs into elegant UI solution 🎯
    • Applying a new or existing visual style consistently across all screens, states, and edge cases πŸ“
    • Designing intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes πŸ—‚
    • Collaborating with product managers and developers to balance aesthetics, usability, and feasibility πŸ‘₯

What we’re looking for in designers:

    • Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at Other Land goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. While you’ll always find support from our Design Lead, Project Manager, or Mentor, it’s ultimately your call to stand behind your solutions in front of the client and our team.
    • Strong communication skills. In Other Land, designers aren’t behind the scenes; they’re front and center. You should be comfortable translating your design solutions into clear β€œwhys” and defending your design decisions. In a discussion-heavy environment, we need communicators who can effectively bridge the gap between problem space and solution space. And yes, strong English is a must (πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ).
    • You are ready to work autonomously. We don’t use time trackers in our team (if it’s not a client request). Instead, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. Given the freedom we provide, we expect our designers to be adept at self-management, ownership, and responsibility.
    • You have a strong portfolio of executed and working solutions. Usually, it means that you worked for at least 2 years with real clients or products. Your work and solutions should speak for themselves, showcasing your capabilities and the expertise our clients seek.

    Who We Are:

At Other Land, we might label ourselves a Product Design Agency, but delve deeper, and you’ll find a group of 11 people deeply committed to the craft of a good product design. We work extensively with both startups and established companies to support and realize their ambitions.

For our clients, we’re more than just an extended design team; we’re strategic partners. We bring fresh perspectives, infuse innovative design strategies, solve complex problems, and help businesses establish their recognizable visual identity, among other things. While we respect limitations, we always seek ways to enhance, add extra value, and optimize.

Our team is spread out all over the world. We catch up weekly on Zoom to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge, and ensure we’re on the same page. Whenever possible, we’re trying to find an opportunity to grab a coffee or a bite in Kyiv or other cities in Europe.

Instead of a lengthy description, let us highlight some of the projects we’ve been working on over the past year:

    • Improving the interface of a graphic editor for a company producing tools for handcrafted goods (USA)
    • Redesigning a family-focused investing app that helps parents and kids learn and manage stocks together (USA)

    • And many other cool things
