Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team of one of Europe’s leading online pharmacies.

You’ll work as an embedded designer, taking ownership of end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile — from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to delivering and refining the final product.

This is a product-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with complex systems, multiple user needs, and highly regulated environments. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and engineers and contribute to decisions beyond the UI — including user experience, product logic, and priorities.

What you’ll do

• Lead design for high-impact customer journeys such as onboarding, checkout, e-prescriptions, and repeat orders
• Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile, from discovery to shipped solution
• Work closely with Product Owners and engineers to shape scope, priorities, and solutions
• Use qualitative research and product data to inform and validate design decisions
• Work with complex user flows, information architecture, and multiple types of users
• Contribute to and evolve the product’s design system, with accessibility built in
• Present and defend your design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Raise the quality of design work through critiques, clear documentation, and knowledge sharing

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with shipped work on complex B2C web and mobile products
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, and product thinking
• Experience designing complex digital products rather than primarily websites or marketing pages
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and impact — not just polished final screens
• Experience working with design systems and strong hands-on Figma skills
• Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to work with qualitative research and product data to support design decisions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain and defend your decisions
• Confident English communication skills
• Healthcare experience is a strong plus, especially in e-pharmacy, healthcare products, e-commerce, or other regulated environments
• German is a plus
