You’re a great fit if you:
 

• Have proven SERM / ORM / Brand Monitoring experience: you understand Google SERP dynamics, how brand reputation is shaped, and how platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, and YouTube interact.
• Are a strong communicator: English C1, comfortable conducting external outreach, negotiating placements, and writing content for Tier-1 markets.
• Are data-driven: you work fluently with Google Sheets, Ahrefs/SEMrush/SimilarWeb, build dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.

• 2+ роки досвіду в PR / communications / media relations

Ми шукаємо PR Manager, який(-а) буде драйвити медійну присутність SKELAR і допоможе будувати бренд через системні media relations, інтеграції та партнерства.

Це роль для людини, яка відповідатиме за всі PR-комунікації. Не просто закриватиме задачі, а формуватиме бачення — буде шукати сильні інфоприводи, запаковувати їх в історії та підсвічувати у релевантних медіа та контекстах.

Ти будеш відповідати за:

— Відстеження інфополя та трендів у комунікаціях, генерування ідей, як бренду бути релевантним у цьому контексті, та з якими комунікаціями доречно виходити;

— Медійний супровід проєктів “під ключ” (360 кампанії для CSR та освітніх проєктів);

— Створення та подальше управління текстовим контентом різного формату: від ідей до реалізації (зокрема, пітчингу в українські медіа та телеграм-канали);

— Взаємодію з райтерами та внутрішніми контрибʼюторами, які готові створювати експертні матеріали;

— Оцінку ефективності, формування та втілення гіпотез для підвищення результатів.

Працюватимеш з Comms командою, де вже є 15 сильних комунікаційників та дизайнерів. А твоїм менеджером буде Іра Франчук, Head of Communications у SKELAR.

Що для нас важливо:

— Досвід у піарі від 3 років;

— Портфоліо з кейсами медіа виходів (це може бути що завгодно – експертні статті, прес-релізи, фічери і т.д.);

— Знання ключових метрик та вміння занурюватись в аналітику і приймати рішення на основі даних;

— Креативність, системність, здатність генерувати нові ідеї;

— Грамотність, уважність до деталей та навички фактчекінгу;

— Бажано мати досвід в IT-сфері.

Зараз ми шукаємо PR Manager (Middle), який працюватиме з українським ринком та допоможе нашим клієнтам звучати голосно, точно і стратегічно.

What you’ll do:

• Вести 2–3 клієнти одночасно
• Готувати PR-контент (прес-релізи, коментарі, новини, колонки)
• Будувати відносини з медіа, інфлюенсерами та експертами
• Моніторити інфополе та реагувати на тренди
• Працювати з KPI та звітністю
• Комунікувати з клієнтами та супроводжувати їх на всіх етапах
