Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії: 

• розробляти новий функціонал та підтримувати наявний

• аналізувати причини та шукати рішення інцидентів з production

• брати участь в командних code review

• безпосередньо впливати на командні метрики

• впливати й залучатись до технічних інновацій

• ініціювати обмін експертизою та проводити менторинг тіммейтів за необхідності

Челенджі на три місяці: 

• адаптація в команді

• освоєння підходів до проєктування й написання коду всередині компанії

• розробка нового функціоналу у передбачувані терміни

• брати участь в опрацюванні функціональних/нефункціональних вимог в рамках ініціатив

• брати участь в оцінюванні ініціатив з Tech Lead

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться: 

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду в ролі iOS Engineer

• досвід написання розмітки в UIKit із коду, SwiftUI

• досвід реактивного програмування (Combine)

• досвід написання unit-тестів

• досвід роботи над продуктом з великою кількістю активних користувачів (збір аналітики, метрик стабільності роботи додатку)

• досвід роботи з кодом в команді (gitflow, code review), та роботи із системами контролю версій

• досвід роботи з архітектурою MVVM-C

• впевнене розуміння та використання принципів OOP та SOLID 

• знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate
