iOS Developer (Swift / UIKit)

Workload

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Build scalable, maintainable, and well-structured mobile solutions
- Integrate third-party and internal REST APIs
- Work with local data persistence solutions, including Core Data, SQLite, and file-based storage
- Implement responsive user interfaces for different iPhone and iPad screen sizes
- Optimize application performance, stability, memory usage, and user experience
- Debug complex issues using Xcode, Instruments, and Apple profiling tools
- Implement push notifications, deep links, background tasks, and application lifecycle handling
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers
- Contribute to automated testing, deployment, App Store releases, and application maintenance
Required Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Swift
- Experience developing native iOS applications using UIKit
- Strong understanding of the iOS SDK, Cocoa Touch frameworks, and application lifecycle
- Experience with Xcode, Instruments, and Apple debugging and profiling tools
- Strong understanding of Async/Await, GCD, concurrency, and multithreading
- Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing networking solutions
- Experience working with Core Data, SQLite, Realm, or file-based storage
- Experience using Git in a collaborative environment
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Experience with MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER, or similar architectural approaches
- Understanding of dependency injection and modular application architecture
- Strong debugging, memory management, and performance optimization skills
- Experience writing unit, integration, or UI tests
- Experience participating in code reviews
- Understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications through the App Store
- Experience with App Store Connect and TestFlight
- Understanding of code signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and application entitlements
- Experience implementing push notifications, deep links, background processing, and in-app purchases
- Experience using Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, or similar dependency managers
- Experience working with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitrise, Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or similar CI/CD solutions
- Understanding of Keychain, secure storage, certificate management, and encryption
- Experience supporting legacy Objective-C codebases
- Experience integrating analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
- Experience working with cross-functional remote teams
- Experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin
- Familiarity with the Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Android application architecture
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform technologies
- Experience with Rust
