Що ти будеш робити:
    •    Створювати й реалізовувати високоякісні 2D-анімації для персонажів, символів, виграшних послідовностей.
    •    Володіти та розвивати анімаційний пайплайн - від ідеї до інтеграції.
    •    Використовувати Spine і Adobe After Effects для створення топових анімацій та motion graphics.
    •    Співпрацювати з художниками й геймдизайнерами для втілення художнього бачення.
    •    Менторити інших аніматорів, формувати й підтримувати стандарти якості.
    •    Оптимізувати анімації для ігрових рушіїв, враховуючи технічні обмеження.
    •    Підтримувати високу якість анімацій на всіх етапах продакшену.

Що ми очікуємо:
    •    5+ років досвіду в 2D-анімації (бажано у слотах / iGaming чи мобільних іграх).
    •    Експерт у Spine (rigging, skinning, mesh deformation).
    •    Експерт у Adobe After Effects (VFX, motion graphics).
    •    Вміння працювати в різних стилях - від реалістичного до мультяшного.
    •    Сильне портфоліо з прикладами живої, переконливої анімації та ефектів.
    •    Англійська на рівні B1–B2.

Тезисно про нас:

Основні зони відповідальності (обов’язки):
— повний цикл створення арту: від ідеї та скетчу до фіналізації;
— створення 2D-графіки для ігрових проєктів у різних стилях (casual, semi-realistic, stylized тощо);
— відмальовка пропсів, персонажів, іконок та інших ігрових асетів;
— робота з аутсорс-проєктами за технічними завданнями та стилістичними гайдами клієнтів;
— підтримка якості та цілісності візуального стилю проєкту;
— підготовка асетів до анімації та інтеграції в гру (структурування, неймінг, формати, оптимізація, очищення від артефактів).

У нас буде повний match, якщо у тебе:
— гарні практичні навички в сфері 2D Art на рівні Middle та вміння рендерити вручну;
— портфоліо, що демонструє актуальний рівень рендеру, пайплайн роботи та поетапність прийняття рішень;
— досвід створення різноманітних пропсів і ігрових об’єктів;
— вміння мислити формою, ітерувати скетчі та працювати з фідбеком;
— знання й навички дизайну (робота із силуетом і формою, читабельність, креативність тощо);
— знання анатомії, гарні навички роботи з кольором, композицією;
— вміння працювати в різних стилістиках і швидко адаптуватися до вимог проєкту;
— вміння працювати з векторними шейпами і стилістиками;
— професійне володіння Adobe Photoshop (Figma буде плюсом);
— розуміння ігрового пайплайну та вимог до асетів для мобільних ігор;
— пристрасть до мобільних ігор і добре розуміння поведінки та вподобань гравців;
— вміння якісно презентувати портфоліо (привабливо, структуровано, зрозуміло);
— досвід роботи в сфері Game UI/UX Design буде плюсом;
— досвід або інтерес до використання AI у пайплайні (генерація ідей і референсів, апскейл, фіналізація, елементи башінгу);
— англійська мова на рівні Intermediate або вище.
