You will own the reliability, performance, and automation of our data pipelines and data platform on Azure – making sure data flows from source to consumers predictably, efficiently, and at scale. What You’ll Do

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in DataOps, data engineering, or cloud data platform operations
• Azure data stack: Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks (hands-on, production)
• Experience with Azure Fabric & Power BI reporting
• Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform for provisioning data platform resources
• CI/CD for data: Azure DevOps pipelines, version-controlled notebooks and configs
• Scripting and automation: Python and/or PowerShell
• Containers: Docker; Kubernetes for orchestration
• SQL proficiency — querying, tuning, and troubleshooting data warehouse workloads

Місія ролі:
Забезпечити надійну, безпечну та автоматизовану інфраструктуру для AI/ML-рішень: від середовищ розробки й CI/CD до production deployment, observability, secrets management, model serving та підтримки AI-сервісів в обмежених або гібридних середовищах. Це не просто класичний DevOps. Для CAIO-команди потрібен інженер, який розуміє, що AI-рішення мають додаткові вимоги: версіонування моделей, контроль даних, reproducibility, GPU/CPU workloads, evaluation pipeline, rollback моделей і моніторинг якості AI-сервісів.

Обов'язки:
-Побудова та підтримка інфраструктури для AI-сервісів.
-Автоматизація deployment, rollback, configuration і release management.
-Побудова CI/CD pipelines для backend, frontend, data/ML components.
-Підтримка model serving environments.
-Впровадження observability для AI-сервісів: метрики, логи, traces, алерти.
-Забезпечення repeatability середовищ: dev/test/stage/prod.
-Підтримка security baseline разом із SecOps та AppSec.
-Документування deployment/runbook процедур разом із Technical Writer.
-Підтримка vendor-delivered компонентів після приймання в експлуатацію.

Вимоги:
-4+ роки практичного досвіду в DevOps, platform engineering, SRE або infrastructure automation.
-Production-досвід з Linux, Docker, CI/CD, GitOps або близькими практиками.
-Практичний досвід з Kubernetes або Docker Compose / Nomad / іншими orchestration-підходами.
-Досвід побудови CI/CD pipelines для backend-сервісів.
-Досвід з IaC/config management: Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Helm, Kustomize або аналоги.
-Розуміння мереж, TLS, DNS, reverse proxy, firewall, VPN, service discovery.
-Досвід з secrets management, RBAC, service accounts, audit logs.
-Досвід моніторингу та логування: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch, VictoriaMetrics або подібні інструменти.

Бажано:
-Досвід MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, KServe, BentoML, Ray, Airflow, Prefect, Argo Workflows.
-Досвід розгортання LLM або ML models: vLLM, Triton, Ollama, Hugging Face stack, model registry.
-Досвід з GPU workloads, NVIDIA drivers, CUDA runtime, resource scheduling.
-Досвід роботи з on-prem, hybrid або isolated/air-gapped environments.
-Досвід у defence, govtech, fintech, telecom або critical infrastructure.

Зараз ми в пошуках досвідченого та мотивованого DevOps Engineer в команду, що забезпечує стабільність і розвиток IT-інфраструктури компанії. 

Основні задачі команди: 

• Забезпечення стабільної, безпечної та безперебійної роботи всієї IT-інфраструктури компанії та клієнтських середовищ 
• Підтримка й розвиток інфраструктури для команд розробки: CI/CD, сервери, бази даних, мережі, хмарні та on-prem рішення 
• Участь у впровадженні та супроводі інфраструктурних і технічних проєктів для внутрішніх команд і клієнтів 

Наш процес найму включає: ознайомчий дзвінок, співбесіду з рекрутером, технічну співбесіду та знайомство з Java Team Lead, CTO і HRD. Усі етапи займають разом орієнтовно до 4 годин. 

Ваші основні задачі:     

• Адміністрування та підтримка серверної інфраструктури на базі Linux (CentOS / RHEL) 
• Розробка, налаштування та підтримка CI/CD пайплайнів у GitLab CI та Jenkins
• Розгортання та адміністрування контейнеризованих застосунків (Docker / Docker Compose), включаючи створення пайплайнів для контейнеризованих додатків з нуля
• Адміністрування баз даних Oracle DB, PostgreSQL та MS SQL Server, а також Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis 
• Налаштування та підтримка стеку моніторингу логів (ELK: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) 
• Моніторинг інфраструктури та алертинг засобами Grafana та Zabbix 
• Адміністрування та конфігурування веб-серверів NGINX, Apache, Tomcat 
• Управління інфраструктурою VMware vSphere та хмарними сервісами; підтримка шаблонів Azure Virtual Desktop 
• Написання Shell/Bash або PowerShell-скриптів для автоматизації рутинних операцій
• Автоматизація конфігурацій за допомогою Ansible 
• Участь у побудові та покращенні DevOps-процесів, виявлення вузьких місць і самостійне ініціювання рішень 
• Менторинг молодших колег, допомога у розвитку їхніх технічних компетенцій 
• Активне використання AI-інструментів (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot тощо) для прискорення щоденних задач

• Комерційний досвід роботи від 4 років з Linux/UNIX (CentOS, RHEL) та Windows Server / Unix/Linux системами
• Комерційний досвід з GitLab + GitLab CI, Jenkins
• Досвід встановлення та адміністрування Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Досвід роботи з Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
