Over time, the support workload is expected to decrease significantly, with the primary focus shifting toward designing, implementing, and maintaining new infrastructure solutions, improving automation, and driving continuous platform enhancements.
The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft administration, Remote Desktop Services, and a basic understanding of DevOps tools and automation.

• Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and related services

About Us

We operate in the review sites niche, hosting and managing a large portfolio of websites, landing pages, and backend services for multiple projects, primarily on WPEngine, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, and other cloud providers. You’ll be part of a hands-on DevOps team that manages production environments, implements automation pipelines, oversees monitoring and security, and ensures high availability for our services.

What You’ll Do

1. Infrastructure & Hosting

• Manage and optimize production VPS hosting for multiple environments (Linode, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP).
• Migrate websites, services, and domains between providers and environments.
• Configure and maintain Nginx, PHP-FPM, Docker containers, and shared hosting setups.
• Handle reverse proxy, CDN integrations (Cloudflare), SSL/TLS setup, and performance tuning.
  
   

2. CI/CD & Automation

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Implement new pipelines for deployments, backups, monitoring integrations, and proxy management.
• Automate hosting and infrastructure tasks via scripts (Bash, Python, Terraform).
• Integrate CI/CD workflows with third-party tools like Monday.com for status updates and process automation.
  
   

3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Set up and manage Zabbix, Grafana, and other monitoring tools for proactive alerting.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues (network problems, high CPU load, memory issues, storage limits).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  
   

4. Security & Backups

• Implement and manage antivirus scanning (ESET, Linux security hardening).
• Maintain and improve backup strategies for websites, databases, and logs (AWS S3, GCP Storage).
• Manage permissions and access control for production environments.
• Audit and update firewall rules (iptables) for security compliance.
  
   

5. Special Projects & Integrations

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Manage IP Proxy Pool automation across multiple providers.
• Configure analytical dashboards and performance metrics reporting.
  
   

What We’re Looking For (Middle)

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years in Infrastructure Ops/DevOps roles.
• Experience with Linux server administration.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes basics, and container orchestration.
• Good to have expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions.
• Good to have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Linode).
• Knowledge of Nginx, PHP-FPM, and web hosting environments.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of the Coin Master platform. Ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency across our multi-region AWS environment
• Design and maintain robust, high-performance infrastructure using IaC. You will focus on building self-healing environments where AI agents continuously monitor and remediate issues in real-time
• Embed security into the infrastructure layer. Leverage AI-assisted tooling to proactively identify and patch vulnerabilities across our Kubernetes clusters and AWS stack

Requirements:

• 3+ years of DevOps experience. Proven track record in managing production-ready Kubernetes clusters, AWS or GCP infrastructure, and high-traffic distributed systems
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows, including hands-on use of AI agents (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) for infrastructure automation, planning, and debugging
• Extensive management experience of multiple AWS or GCP accounts spanning various regions, proficient in services like Lambda, CloudFront, SQS, VPC, and IAM
• Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization at scale through architectural design and automated resource management
• Deep proficiency with modern CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

Advantages:

• Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph) or building internal tools/agents that interact with cloud APIs to automate operational tasks
• Hands-on experience with Kafka (MSK/Apache Kafka) and high-performance caching layers like Redis/Elasticache

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a global engineering team building and operating a large-scale cloud SaaS platform. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced SREs and software engineers to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

This position is a great fit for an engineer with experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Operations who wants to deepen expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, automation, and production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Production Reliability – Help maintain the availability, stability, and performance of our production platform while proactively identifying opportunities to improve system reliability.
• Monitoring & Observability – Improve monitoring, dashboards, and alert quality to increase production visibility and reduce alert fatigue.
• Automation – Build scripts and automation solutions that reduce manual operational work, improve engineering efficiency, and enhance production reliability.
• Production Operations & Incident Response – Participate in troubleshooting production issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to long-term reliability improvements.
• Cloud Platform Operations – Support and improve our Kubernetes-based cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and production infrastructure running on GCP and AWS.
• Engineering Collaboration – Work closely with Software Engineers, DevOps, DBAs, and Product teams to improve production reliability and operational excellence across the platform.

• On-Call & Operational Excellence – Participate in the team's on-call rotation, supporting reliable production operations. Respond to production incidents alongside experienced SREs while continuously improving operational processes and reducing manual effort through automation.

   

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Experience with Linux systems and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.
• A strong desire to learn, take ownership, and continuously improve systems and processes.

Advanced Database Administration: Proficiency in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL, Redis, and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, InfluxDB).
Event Streaming: Experience maintaining Kafka.

CI/CD/Automation:

GitLab Expert: Designing complex multi-stage CI/CD pipelines, using GitLab Runners, and implementing GitOps workflows.
Software Development: Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and custom tool development.

Observability/Security:

Full-stack Monitoring: Building comprehensive observability with ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Security/Compliance: Experience with SIEM tools, secret management (HashiCorp Vault), and implementing DevSecOps practices.

Networking:
Deep knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, load balancing (Nginx, HAProxy), and SDN.
