🎯 What You’ll Do
 

• Develop engaging playable ads and mini-games using modern HTML5 frameworks such as Pixi, Three.js, etc.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to translate concepts into polished, high-performance 2D/3D experiences.
• Optimize game assets and runtime performance to ensure smooth play across a broad range of devices.
• Continuously enhance gameplay mechanics and interactivity to drive engagement and ad effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally to meet project goals and deliverables on time.
   

✅ What They’re Looking For
 

• 3+ years of professional experience in HTML5 game development or playable ad production.
• Understanding of 2D and 3D game development, including asset pipelines and interactive animation.
• Hands-on experience with Pixi, Three.js, (or Phaser, PlayCanvas, or similar frameworks).
• Deep understanding of scalable game architecture and modular structures.
• Experience working without game editors (libraries-only workflow).
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience optimizing browser-based games.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for building interactive content that resonates with both players and advertisers.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to contribute in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
   

Strong Advantages:

• Proven hands-on experience developing playable ads (portfolio required)
• Experience in performance marketing / user acquisition environments
• Experience building reusable internal game frameworks

Your position will include

• Creation of game concept, mechanics and visual style from the scratch;
• Be involved in forming strong team for creating Instant, Crush games;
• Development and management of backlogs, roadmaps, documentation;
• Game production processes supporting;
• Technical specification creating;
• Conduct with Project Manage to manage priority list of the tasks;

Наразі ми у пошуку Ad Monetization Manager до себе в команду ігрової розробки на freelance формат співпраці. Відкриття позиції зумовлене зростанням кількості проєктів.
 

У Mind Studios Games наша основна мета — створювати ігри, які виглядають і відчуваються сучасно, зручно та естетично. 

Тезисно про нас:

— на ринку вже 13 років;
— офіси знаходяться в Дніпрі, Києві та Відні;
— зараз нас понад 90 крутих спеціалістів.
 

Основні зони відповідальності (обов’язки):

— повне управління та оптимізація рекламної монетизації через платформи медіації;
— налаштування рекламних водоспадів (waterfalls), GEO-сегментація (Tiers) та управління CPM floors;
— регулярний моніторинг ключових метрик: Total Revenue, eCPM, Fill rate, Match rate та Win share рекламних мереж;
— створення щотижневої звітності (MAX report snapshots) та проведення A/B-аналізу (порівняння перформансу тиждень до тижня).
 

У нас буде повний match, якщо у тебе:
— практичний досвід роботи на позиції Ad Monetization Manager або Game Economy/LiveOps Manager від 1.5 років;
— розуміння принципів роботи in-app реклами: Bidding, Waterfalls, Interstitial, Rewarded, Banners;
— вміння працювати з аналітикою та оперувати метриками (eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, LTV, Retention);
— досвід управління ігровою економікою та монетизацією: від налаштування магазину й лімітованих оферів до оптимізації рекламних плейсментів (Rewarded, Interstitial) та їх балансування для збереження високого Retention;
— розуміння поведінки гравців та того, як монетизація впливає на ігровий досвід (UX);
— аналітичний склад розуму, уважність до деталей та здатність приймати рішення на основі даних (data-driven);
— англійська мова на рівні Intermediate або вище (для роботи з клієнтськими тасками та звітами).
