    Your Mission

    You will own international market expansion end-to-end:

    • Find and validate new global markets (EU, MENA, LATAM, Asia, Africa)
    • Analyze local fleet ecosystems, regulations, aggregators, and unit economics
    • Test different go-to-market approaches: outbound, partners, pilots, inbound, events
    • Launch first deals, close early adopters, and turn pilots into scalable pipelines
    • Build playbooks from scratch and then break them when needed

     

    This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market research.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Identify and prioritize new countries & regions for expansion
    • Run market discovery: customer interviews, competitor analysis, pricing tests
    • Generate and close B2B deals with fleet owners, operators, and mobility companies
    • Experiment with messaging, ICPs, pricing models, and sales channels
    • Work closely with product & founders to adapt the product to market realities
    • Turn successful experiments into repeatable sales processes

     

    Who You Are

    • You think in hypotheses, experiments, and iterations
    • You’re comfortable selling in markets where nothing is predefined
    • You have experience in B2B SaaS, mobility, logistics, or fleet-related industries
