🎯 Role Overview

AML/Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting PaySaxas’ AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and financial crime prevention framework by ensuring effective customer onboarding, sanctions screening, CDD/EDD, periodic review, transaction monitoring, investigations and SAR/STR drafting, and compliance controls. The main purpose of the role is to identify and mitigate financial crime risks while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. 💼 Key Responsibilities

Compliance Operations:

• Perform customer onboarding reviews, including comprehensive risk assessments.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening reviews.
• Perform CDD/EDD (Customer Due Diligence / Enhanced Due Diligence) and periodic reviews.
