About the role

We are looking for a lawyer to join our payments team. This is a dedicated position for the payments track: you will be responsible for the legal side of connecting the company to payment systems and processors. You will report to the head of the department.
 

Responsibilities

• Onboarding the company with payment systems and processors: preparing and submitting document packages, passing compliance checks.
• Opening MIDs, communicating with PSPs and acquiring banks.
• Drafting, reviewing and managing agreements with payment and international partners.
• Legal support of the company's payments track.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in international corporate law.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding to payment services and working with processors.
• Experience opening MIDs for a company.
• Experience with contracts with foreign counterparties.
• English: B1 or higher.
   

Nice to have

• 2–3 years of experience specifically in payments.
• Experience at companies working with international payment providers. Any vertical is relevant: from mainstream products to high-risk.
