Senior Trading Anti-Fraud Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize trading risk strategies, including A-Book/B-Book routing, Net Exposure limits, and flow internalization
• Develop and improve detection rules to identify toxic trading, arbitrage, and fraudulent activity
• Manage the full lifecycle of risk signals, from detection and validation to implementation and monitoring
• Investigate suspicious trading patterns and assess their impact on execution quality, liquidity costs, and broker P&L
• Monitor detection system performance, investigate false positives and false negatives, and optimize existing rules
• Identify emerging trading threats and recommend improvements to risk management and anti-fraud processes
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading risk, anti-fraud, or market surveillance within FX/CFD brokers, crypto exchanges, HFT, or proprietary trading firms
• Strong understanding of brokerage models (A-Book, B-Book, C-Book, STP) and their impact on company P&L
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order books (L2/L3), adverse selection, markouts, spreads, slippage, and execution quality
• Experience identifying latency arbitrage, toxic flow, scalping, news trading exploitation, wash trading, spoofing, and layering
• Understanding of statistics, probability, time series, volatility, drawdown, and risk-adjusted performance metrics
• Experience with trading infrastructure, routers, bridges, monitoring systems, and Risk Management Systems
• Ability to independently investigate complex cases and translate findings into actionable technical requirements
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
