Vendor Operations Specialist — Premium Lighting

About us:
VC Gallery Milan is a lighting showroom in Milan and an online store. We are an official dealer of Visual Comfort & Co. (Ralph Lauren, Kelly Wearstler, AERIN and others), work with Italian and European brands, and serve interior designers, architects and homeowners across Europe.

What you will do:
• Place client orders with our suppliers and follow each one until delivery.
• Get answers from suppliers on stock, lead times and prices for our sales team.
• Solve problems with orders: delays, damaged goods, returns and refunds.
• Work with couriers on shipping, tracking and customs.
• Keep orders and supplier communication up to date in HubSpot.

What we need:
• 2+ years in supplier operations, purchasing, order management or e-commerce operations.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, written.
• You follow up until you get a clear answer, and no order is left without a status.
• You are careful with numbers, product codes and documents.
• Basic understanding of international shipping, customs and VAT.
• Available Monday to Friday in Milan time.

Nice to have:
• Italian.
• Experience in furniture, lighting or interiors.
• HubSpot or another CRM, Shopify.
