Real people. Real revenue. One team.

    Let’s Start With a Hello

We’re not just filling a leadership role β€” we’re looking for someone who lives the LATAM affiliate market, builds real partnerships, and turns traffic into long-term revenue.

    Who We Are

We are a fast-growing international iGaming company and a direct advertiser, scaling aggressively across multiple markets.

We believe strong brands are built where product, performance marketing, and smart affiliate strategy meet.

If you enjoy building markets, negotiating with top partners, and seeing your strategy directly impact NGR β€” you’ll feel at home here.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own and lead the full affiliate strategy across LATAM
    • Develop and scale high-quality partner relationships
    • Drive revenue growth through smart traffic acquisition
    • Monitor and optimize traffic quality (FTD is good β€” NGR is better)
    • Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, and Fraud teams
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
    • Build structure, processes, and potentially your own affiliate team

This is not a maintenance role.
This is about building, scaling, and dominating the region.

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate management
    • Strong expertise in LATAM markets (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, etc.)
    • Experience working on the product side (direct advertiser preferred)
    • Deep understanding of traffic economics, LTV, and retention impact
    • Existing relationships with key partners in the region
    • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
    • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution

You don’t wait for direction β€” you create momentum.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us

    • Direct advertiser β€” no network limitations
    • Strong internal product and CRM infrastructure
    • Fast decision-making and no unnecessary bureaucracy
    • Real ownership of revenue impact
    • Freedom to build, experiment, and grow

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage affiliates β€”
    but builds ecosystems.

If LATAM is your playground and you know how to win, lets chat:)

    • Strong networking and business development skills with an existing base of warm contacts in Tier-1 EU and US banks and PSPs, plus proven experience opening and onboarding Direct MIDs independently
    • Practical experience with payment orchestrators such as YUNO or Corefy and deep understanding of Tokenization and Card-on-File flows for one-click payments
    • Expert knowledge of 3DS v2, differences between MIT and CIT transactions, and technical approaches to Authorization Rate optimization
    • Solid understanding of Visa and Mastercard rules including Chargeback Monitoring Programs, VMP, and EMCP, and experience configuring antifraud filters
    • Advanced or fluent English

    Would be a plus
