About the role

Hi, we’re the Findies team, and we’re hiring our first dedicated Email Marketing Manager.

You’ll own email end-to-end: picking and implementing the ESP, setting up deliverability foundations, and launching the lifecycle flows that turn one-time subscribers into retained, recurring revenue.

Reality check

This is a from-the-ground-up role in the truest sense — there is no existing playbook to inherit, no legacy flows to ’optimize,’ no team to lean on. Твоя зона відповідальності:

• створення та фарм Google Ads-акаунтів за прописаними алгоритмами;
• регулярна звітність у таблицях (усі показники структуровані та прозорі);
• робота з блокуваннями: відновлення доступів, проходження верифікацій за інструкціями;
• підготовка чітких ТЗ для лендінгів;
• аналіз взаємозв’язків між метриками та участь у вдосконаленні процесів;
• регулярна комунікація та обмін досвідом з командою.

Що ми від тебе чекаємо?

• базові знання структури Google Ads та вміння орієнтуватися в рекламному кабінеті;
• практичні навички роботи з електронними таблицями (Google Sheets, Excel та їх формули);
• розуміння ключових показників ефективності (CTR, CR, CPC та подібні метрики);
• ти комфортно працюєш за чіткими алгоритмами і доводиш процес до потрібного результату;
• любиш, коли все впорядковано: цифри зведені, таблиці акуратні, інформацію легко знайти;
• спокійно ставишся до повторюваних задач і не втрачаєш концентрацію;
• відповідально ставишся до дедлайнів і домовленостей.

Що будеш робити:

1. Meta Ads — основна зона відповідальності:
— Самостійно вести рекламні акаунти та будувати структуру кампаній з нуля
— Масштабувати прибуткові зв'язки та будувати A/B-тести
— Аналізувати креативи й формувати ТЗ для дизайнерів/відеографів на основі даних
— Контролювати атрибуцію та якість даних у Meta

2. Трекінг і аналітика:
— Впевнено працювати з Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM та GA4
— Діагностувати проблеми з передачею даних та атрибуцією
— Аналізувати CAC, ROAS, ROMI та приймати рішення на основі даних

3. Retention (Email / SMS):
— Будувати retention-стратегію у зв'язці з Meta
— Працювати з Klaviyo / SendPulse та аналізувати revenue від retention-каналів

4. Hard Skills:
— Глибоко розумієш аукціон Meta, алгоритм навчання та Advantage+
— Вмієш працювати з Lookalike, Custom Audiences і ретаргетингом
— Розумієш специфіку структур акаунтів під різні бізнес-моделі
— Вмієш оцінювати креативи через бізнес-метрики, а не суб'єктивно
— Розумієш Attribution Window та особливості post-click / post-view атрибуції

Для нас важливо, що ти:
— Думаєш категоріями CAC, ROAS, ROMI, маржі — не просто CTR і CPC
— Розумієш що «гарний ROAS» — це різне для різних бізнесів і різних фаз
— Можеш пояснити клієнту складне рішення простою мовою і захистити свою позицію

— Facebook Pixel + Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
— Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
— Google Tag Manager (GTM)

— Zapier / Make / Apix-Drive
— Pipedrive / Kommo / CeyCRM
— Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
— Ahrefs / Serpstat / SEMrush — базово
— Shopify / WooCommerce / Хорошоп — базово
