Zenity is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to help drive the evolution of its security platform for AI and Low-Code ecosystems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building large-scale, cloud-based systems with real enterprise impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and build backend services powering security governance for GenAI, Copilots, and Low-Code platforms
• Deliver end-to-end product features used by enterprise customers at scale
• Develop detection logic, data flows, and validation layers for complex workflows and automations

• Build and optimize SQL schema, queries, data models, and near-real-time processing pipelines
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) extensively as a regular and consistent part of the day-to-day development workflow: to accelerate design, implementation, refactoring, and debugging
• Participate in design reviews, collaborate closely with product and security teams, and contribute thoughtful technical decisions

Required Competence and Skills:
 

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development (Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, Go, Node.js, Scala) with proven delivery of production features, working on core product systems with real user impact
• Strong SQL fundamentals; hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL plus familiarity with MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Experience building distributed systems or microservices, including observability and CI/CD automation
• Experience working with AI agents or copilots (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily development workflow
• Understanding of AI-first development principles, such as prompt/context engineering, human-in-the-loop workflows, and validation of AI-generated code
• Solid cloud background (AWS preferred) and hands-on work with Docker and container-based deployments
• Experience contributing to high-scale or customer-facing products
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines or large-scale data systems
• Strong communication skills in English, plus experience collaborating with distributed teams

Про проект

У нашій рекламній мережі ми розробляємо високонавантажену RTB-платформу (Real-Time Bidding), яка забезпечує миттєву взаємодію між рекламними мережами, DSP та SSP. Система обробляє мільйони запитів щосекунди, беручи участь в аукціонах за рекламні покази в реальному часі.
На даний момент система працює, але потребує покращень.

Обов’язки
- Розробка та підтримка RTB-компонентів для взаємодії між рекламними мережами
- Участь у проєктуванні високонавантаженої та відмовостійкої архітектури
- Оптимізація продуктивності (latency, throughput)
- Робота з асинхронними потоками та неблокуючим I/O
- Інтеграція з зовнішніми RTB-партнерами (DSP/SSP)
- Аналіз і вдосконалення поточних рішень

Вимоги
• Комерційний досвід розробки на Java 17+
• Досвід роботи з Vert.x 4+ (реальні проєкти)
• Впевнені знання JDBC, досвід роботи з PostgreSQL
• Обов’язковий досвід роботи з RTB (Real-Time Bidding)
• Глибоке розуміння потокобезпечності (thread-safety)
• Досвід роботи з асинхронними та неблокуючими підходами

Буде плюсом
• Досвід роботи з Tarantool.io

Про проєкт

Ми розвиваємо RTB-платформу, яка працює з DSP, SSP та DMP-партнерами по всьому світу. Наша система обробляє великий обсяг трафіку в реальному часі та забезпечує ефективну монетизацію рекламних показів.

Обов’язки
• Підключення та інтеграція нових партнерів (DSP / SSP / DMP)
• Ведення повного циклу інтеграцій: від переговорів до запуску
• Аналіз ефективності RTB-трафіку (win rate, fill rate, eCPM, latency)
• Оптимізація роботи партнерів і трафіку
• Моніторинг якості інтеграцій і виявлення проблем
• Взаємодія з технічною командою (backend / devops)
• Робота з логами, аналітикою та BI-інструментами
• Підготовка звітів і рекомендацій щодо зростання доходу

Вимоги
• Досвід роботи в AdTech / RTB екосистемі
• Практичний досвід з DSP / SSP / DMP інтеграціями
• Розуміння принципів Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
• Досвід аналізу метрик: eCPM, CTR, win rate, fill rate
• Вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних
• Аналітичне мислення та орієнтація на результат
• Досвід взаємодії з технічними командами

Буде плюсом
• Досвід роботи з ClickHouse, BigQuery або іншими аналітичними БД
• Знання SQL
• Досвід роботи з логами (Kafka, ELK, etc.)
• Розуміння antifraud / traffic quality
• Досвід роботи у highload-проєктах

Що потрібно від тебе:

• 3+ роки досвіду в CRM у сфері iGaming;
• Досвід роботи з VIP-сегментом;
• Досвід роботи з платформою GR8 (бажано);
• Розуміння підходів до персоналізованої комунікації (email/SMS/push/месенджери);
• Впевнене знання казино-механік (бонуси, турніри, індивідуальні пропозиції);
• Досвід побудови retention-стратегій для high-value users;
• Глибоке розуміння CJM для VIP: виявлення точок росту, вузьких місць, оптимізація досвіду;
• Сильні аналітичні навички: сегментація, LTV, поведінковий аналіз;
• Досвід A/B-тестування та роботи з гіпотезами;
• Вміння працювати автономно та приймати рішення на основі даних.

Твоя місія, якщо приймеш виклик:

• Розробка та реалізація CRM-стратегії для VIP-сегменту;
• Побудова та розвиток персоналізованих сценаріїв взаємодії з high-value гравцями;
• Створення та оптимізація VIP CJM: від онбордингу до ре-активації;
• Запуск індивідуальних пропозицій, бонусів, промо та гейміфікаційних механік для VIP;
• Робота з тригерними та lifecycle кампаніями з акцентом на персоналізацію;
• Аналіз ефективності комунікацій і впливу на ключові метрики (LTV, retention, ARPU);
• Генерація інсайтів та ініціатив для зростання VIP-сегменту;
• Тісна взаємодія з командами продукту, аналітики та маркетингу;
• Постановка задач і контроль виконання в ClickUp/Jira.

Буде плюсом:

• Англійська від Intermediate;
• HTML/CSS (редагування шаблонів);
• Досвід роботи зі спортбуком;
• Досвід побудови VIP-програм (loyalty/tiers/rewards).
