Your focus will be on relationship-driven, high-touch business development — not volume-based outbound. This is a market where trust, presence, and local understanding move deals forward far more than cold emails do.

You'll identify and engage with strategic Fintech companies across KSA, UAE, and the broader Middle East, build relationships with founders and decision-makers, attend regional events and conferences in person, and work closely with me to move targeted opportunities forward.

This is not a role for mass outreach or quick wins. It's for someone who genuinely knows how to network in the region, isn't afraid to get on a plane for the right meeting, and understands that in Middle East fintech, relationships are the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high-fit Fintech companies and decision-makers across KSA, UAE, and the wider Middle East.

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the Fintech niche.
• Track record selling design, software, or digital services (agency or consultancy background a plus).

We are looking for an Integration Team Lead to own everything that connects Equals 5 to the advertising platforms. This is a technical management role: you lead a team of 2–4 engineers, own the integration architecture and roadmap, and stay hands-on in the code. Every number our clients see in a dashboard starts as an API call one of your pipelines made, so reliability and data correctness land on your desk first. • 2+ years leading engineers as a tech lead, team lead or hands-on engineering manager: code review, sprint planning, mentoring
• 5+ years in backend or data engineering, with production systems you supported yourself

Technical

• Strong Python 3.11: production-grade code with error handling, structured logging and tests

• 50%+ of the code you ship is drafted by agents and reviewed by you line by line
• Able to run 2–4 agents in parallel on isolated branches or worktrees and merge the results yourself
• You maintain agent context for your projects: CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md, custom commands, rules files. At least 1 such artifact you wrote yourself and keep current

About us

🚀 Project Description

orthoeye.digital builds a web platform for orthodontic clinics. Doctors upload 3D intraoral scans of the upper and lower jaw. The platform prepares the scans, splits them into teeth and gingiva, and gives Doctors tools for diagnosis and treatment planning.

This role owns the backend geometry: the mesh processing that runs on our servers between scan upload and the clinical tools. A separate team works on the machine learning models (segmentation, landmarks). You use their output, but you do not train models.

Stack: Angular + Three.js SPA, Node.js/Express API, Python services, native geometry code in C++, Docker on Linux workers.
 

✅ You are:

• A Middle or Senior engineer with commercial experience in computational geometry or mesh processing
• Strong in modern C++ (C++17 or later): memory, performance, profiling, building native libraries
• Have hands-on experience with triangle meshes: half-edge or similar structures, topology, normals, boundaries, non-manifold cases
• Have implemented or integrated algorithms such as mesh repair, hole filling, remeshing, decimation, Boolean operations, offsetting, or cutting by a plane or a curve

• Build scan preparation operations: inspect and repair meshes, remesh and decimate, cut by a plane or a contour, extrude a boundary and build a model base, smooth a region within limits
• Build segmentation finalization: project tooth contours onto the jaw surface, cut the mesh into labelled teeth and gingiva, keep the labels after remeshing
• Second half of the year: geometry for orthodontic appliances (Boolean operations, offset and shell thickness, exterior envelope, distance and contact queries, registration of two surfaces)
• Make each operation run headless on Linux workers, with clear inputs, outputs and error reports

• Actively collaborate with the tech lead, the ML team, and the frontend developers of the 3D viewers

We are looking for a strong Junior Computer Vision / ML Engineer to build a reliable mechanism for measuring facial geometry from photos.
 

The first challenge is straightforward to describe but non-trivial to solve: given a face photo, accurately measure numerical parameters of different facial features, such as eye dimensions, mouth dimensions, nose geometry, jaw proportions, distances between facial landmarks, and other geometric characteristics.
 

This is a greenfield CV problem.

You will not receive a predefined model or a detailed list of experiments to execute. We expect you to explore several possible approaches, quickly validate them, discard what does not work, and find a solution that is good enough to move into the product.
