Human Resource Manager (HRM)

New Vision Agency is a Ukrainian-American BIM/VDC company working on construction projects in the US. Our BIM models are used in projects for Apple, Meta, Ford, and Google. Our partners include Swinerton, Timberlab, Dusty Robotics, and other international companies.

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to manage and improve our key HR processes. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, analytics, benefits, and personnel security.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from vacancy intake to hiring.
• Plan recruitment and conduct interviews.
• Manage the Recruiter and monitor hiring results.
• Develop the ATS, recruitment funnel, and candidate evaluation process.
• Organise onboarding and probation reviews.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews, benefits, and the HR budget.
• Track HR metrics and prepare reports for the CEO.
• Support employer branding, background checks, military deferment, and personnel security processes.
   

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or in a similar role.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience building or improving HR processes.
• Understanding of performance management, compensation, and HR budgeting.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and HR analytics.
• Experience managing a Recruiter or another HR specialist.
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Readiness to work regularly from our Kyiv office.
   

Nice to have

• English at B2 level or higher.
• SHRM, CIPD, or another HR certification.
• Experience in a startup, SMB, or fast-growing company.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation.
• Experience in employer branding or HR transformation.
• Understanding of business continuity planning.
