Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head / Lead of Analytics or in a similar leadership role within a product company (experience in the gaming industry is a plus);

Drive finance ERP solutions for complex, high-load digital products

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP Finance) to support and develop finance-related ERP workflows within complex, high-volume transactional environments.

In this role, you will work closely with finance, operations, payments, and product teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting the development of effective ERP solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, payments, and product teams.
• Be responsible for end-to-end financial workflows for high-load transactional products, including operations and finance analytics and reporting.
• Define functional specifications for the Finance ERP system.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators to shape requirements, data models, and diagrams.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to map business processes and identify system needs.
• Document system behavior, workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials for ERP end users.
• Stay informed of regulatory, tax, and operational changes that impact financial systems.
  
   

It’s a match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP or finance systems.
• Experience working with high-volume transactional systems.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance.
• Experience designing or working with ERP systems (custom or commercial).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and software product life cycles.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).

Обов'язки:

• Збір та аналіз бізнес-вимог замовника
• Організація та проведення зустрічей з замовниками для уточнення вимог
• Створення і погодження функціональних вимог, технічних завдань в рамках впровадження бізнес-рішень
• Ведення проєктної технічної документації протягом проєкту. Підтримка документації в актуальному стані
• Підготовка інструкцій для кінцевих користувачів та інших супровідних документів проєкту разом з техрайтером
• Взаємодія з командою розробки для забезпечення якісного впровадження рішень
• Проведення презентацій виконаних робіт для замовника

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи від 1 року в ІТ-проєктах
• Досвід проведення аналізу процесів та бізнес вимог
• Досвід створення User Stories, Use Cases
• Досвід моделювання бізнес-процесів (BPMN) та візуалізації блок схем
• Розуміння гнучких методологій розробки ПО (Scrum, Kanban)
• Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення
• Навички роботи з інструментами для моделювання бізнес-процесів (Visio, Miro, тощо)
• Досвід роботи з інструментами для управління проєктами (Jira, ClickUP)
